I found them to be very honest and easy to deal with. I just needed new headlights put on my Toyota Highlander a few months back. Was too hard for me to install because of stuck components and broken clips but they did it for 1/3 of what other shops were asking for. Several shops didn't even want to take on the job but its like they say, if you cannot be bothered to do the little things, how can I trust you with the big ones. Anyway, I'll be back for future repairs.

We took our '07 Honda Pilot to Bryan because it was making a strange noise. My husband usually does all of our car repairs but he did not have the time to deal with it. My husband was impressed- they showed him the damaged part, explained what they did, and the quote stood as given...no "extras". Bryan Auto & Body is fantastic! He is an excellent mechanic! He is very thorough in his work and explains everything very clearly, he will keep you updated on everything that's going on if asked! I would trust Bryan with any work that needs to be done on all of my vehicles! I feel very secure knowing that he has worked on any of my vehicles and I send my wife to him also. I can’t commend and recommend Bryan’s enough. Bryan and his staff are exceptional. They are reasonably priced and explain everything in detail to make sure you understand it all. Also, Bryan gives you the cost up front, and his charges are extremely fair. Plus, his honesty is top notch. I now have a car that runs better than the day I got it. It steers easy now, and doesn’t make a crazy noise when turned. The grinding brakes are fixed, and something else fixed somewhere (lol) keeps my car straight and it doesn’t weave all over the road! Bryan has helped me over many years, and a few different vehicles. He is great! He is honest and trustworthy! I have an older vehicle, but it means a lot to me, and after a small accident, I needed to know if it was worth fixing her, or did I need to get a new vehicle... he didn't charge me anything to look at her and give me a diagnosis.
