A very nice and clean gas station convenience store with (and I hesitate to mention this for fear of it being overused) a FREE air pump. Keep that nozzle out of harm's way, folks. Don't ruin the free air for everyone.

The entrances are so steep that low bodied cars are apt to scrape their under carriages - best to use the one furthest from Devonshire that's really coming out of Harvest Market's parking lot. The gas is fine, and well priced. The pumps drive me insane. They play music in the pump areas, which is common, and I often enjoy it. BUT, as soon as you start pumping gas, the PUMP starts playing an unending stream of fatuous ads for things to buy in the convenience store. It competes with the music, usually drowning it out, and the only way I've found to stop it is to stop pumping gas. It may seem silly, but it makes every trip to that gas station an unpleasant experience.

This place rules. They are part gas station, part convenience store, part self-serve breakfast, lunch, and snack bar. They have a huge froyo bar with a ton of flavors and toppings. I have seen a soup bar and a nacho bar, too. Nice selection of sandwiches, pizzas, pastries, and other snack stuff as well. They have a few tables set up if you want to eat there, as well. Fabulous fountain beverage and coffee selection and tons of nice condiments. The staff is the best part! I will be giving all of my fuel and snacky business to these guys from now on!

I will say this in the whole champagne Urbana area within 10 miles I have not been able to find a better gas station then haymakers. They seem to have everything that I like my favorite coffee my favorite snacks. They even have a table where they serve a different food item for lunch every day it is a wonderful place I highly recommend it to all.

Every gas station that I've brought my own cup in and asked if ice was free has said yes, they wanted to charge me $0.10. That's a silly reason to lose a customer, ice is free and I doubt losing gas and my other business is worth that $0.10 but it seems to be. Oh well, so many other choices :-)

They have a great frozen yogurt bar! It's really cheap and the selection is great. The staff are very friendly. I have never gotten gas here, but they have a surprisingly good selection of food, ice cream, ICEEs, and drinks!

This is right next to a good car wash. It makes it easy to fill up the tank, and jet across the street to wash your car. I've never been inside this place, but their pumps are clean outside and, while this place does get a lot of traffic, I haven't had to wait for anyone to pump gas.

The building is very nice. The pumps are clean and easy to use. Extremely user friendly. The staff always seem to be happy. When I went in to pay for my gas, one of the staff members gave me a beautiful rose! She didn't have to do that at all plus she was either heading out to break or off for the day. I will definitely be using them now on. It's also close to my work which makes it that much better.

Review written 10/07/2024. Pros: -free gloves at gas pumps -free air pump for tires -interesting food and drink selection inside store -they are on the Upside app to earn cash back on gas Cons: -rewards program isn’t clear or organized (have had many employees say it’s just for gas but many say it’s for anything) -air pump is out of service or malfunctioning kind of frequently -music playing outside at the gas pumps is way too loud and like ear splittenly loud at some points when I’ve been there

Wouldn’t give me the price they had listed. The woman manager on 10/5/23 at 8:30pm (over Jacob the cashier) was incredibly rude about it. Said she wasn’t the owner & couldn’t do anything if the price they had listed was wrong. That the computer is always right. Then why are you the manager here? She was mad I even asked for the adjustment. The sign said from 10/2-10/29. It wasn’t like it was half price or anything. Why post the sale price if it isn’t true? It was the attitude I disliked most. Consider who you hire while you aren’t around. I will never come back here for gas. I’ll encourage my friends to shop elsewhere. How you behave is a direct reflection of the ownership.

The two women at counter said that passport is not allowed. What’s wrong with them? How can foreigners buy stuff if passport is not allowed? They even laughed seriously. STRONG ACTIONS are needed. I said show them my passport and visa. Owner please do action if you see this. Today date is Dec 26th, 2025. Time is around 12:45 noon.
