This business was recommended and so I’ve used them a couple of times. The first time went well. This last time though, I’m not sure if they had hard time economically or not but I was charged $260 to do a diagnosis (poster on the wall says $80 for this) and then was told “we had to add some transmission fluid.” Okay but that was another $160?!?! They didn’t repair anything, just added transmission fluid?!?! So I’m done with them. ✌🏾

My minivan had a series of engine misfires on a cross country road trip, and fortunately it happened next to this repair shop. I called them up and the staff was friendly, suggested I come right in for a tune-up. They were able to get new spark plugs and ignition coils installed, and I was back on the road within 6 hours. Their price was reasonable for the combination of speed and quality I was looking for and my original mechanic for my van had told me the same thing about it also needing a new gasket for this work on this van. I would definitely recommend this shop and appreciate their employees who went beyond to help me get going, even taking a late lunch to finish putting my auto back together faster.

I came here to get my brake pads replaced. They ended up replacing pads, calipers, and rotors. I paid what seemed like too much but I needed it done so I ate the cost. A couple days later, my tire blew out. A mechanic found that one of my brake calipers RightSolutions had installed was not properly sealed. It was missing a bolt. I was towed back here to have them fix their mistake, which they did at no cost. However, when I went to get my tire repaired, I was informed that my tire was completely fine and that my rim had cracked. I was told by 2 separate mechanics that the loose caliper caused the cracked rim. This cracked rim caused my tire to not be able to hold air. I contacted RightSolutions and told them this and they would not accept responsibility for causing my cracked rim and they refused to make it right mechanically or financially. I ended up paying an additional $400 at other businesses to fix a problem that was caused by RightSolutions. I would recommend getting repair work done elsewhere.
