Had to have my jeep towed and Kalen arrived within 45 mins from calling. He was super friendly and professional! He was the first driver to ever tow my jeep like this...I asked why and he explained that since it was a 4WD it would be less damage on my transmission which was great...and I appreciated that. Once, when I was leaving the parking lot in front of their store, a tow truck driver who was driving their tow truck back. We met at the intersection in front of their store, and the driver was very rude. Later, when I returned there to do business, he even came to the front desk to threaten me. The employee's attitude was very problematic. I hope everyone knows that when you encounter this type of driver, don‘t be friendly to him.

You would think tow drivers of all the drivers would know how to properly park. I guess Reynolds employs a special kind of driver. This man was on his phone while stopped at the stop sign blocking bicycle traffic and creating an unnecessary hazard. Genuine question, do I call another towing company to come and get this dude off the street or do you guys provide your own in-house self towing?

My son's car slid off of I-57 about a half mile from the Market Street exit in Champaign, IL while on his way to Champaign from Chicago during a snowstorm to watch the University of Illinois vs. Northwestern football game on Saturday, November 29th. There was no damage to his car. It was just stuck in the snow on the side of the road. I called Reynolds Towing after being quoted $875.00 by Tatman's Towing to do a "wynch out" (pull his car about 15 feet to get it back on the road). Reynolds Towing came out and got him back on the road within about 10 minutes of arriving. They were very professional and efficient and they charged us a very reasonable fee of $175.00.

After trying to get Roadside Assistance (out of LA) to find me a tow truck to help lift my trailer back up onto the ball of my pickup for over an hour. I gave up and found Reynolds on Google. I called them from the northbound side of 57 two miles south of Rantoul, and they were there within 15 minutes! The guy who came out was fast, friendly, and efficient. He had me back on the road and double-checked the hitch to make sure it wouldn't let the ball loose again. The service was affordable and the technician was professional. You can't ask for better when you need afterhours service on the side of an interstate. Thanks Reynolds!

i got my car towed today by them and i was there the whole time they were towing it. had cash in hand to pay but because big dude that’s a ginger prob 250IBS decided because he got his feelings hurt to tow my car to the impound lot and end up paying 350. Was i mad my car was getting towed of course so i had an attitude but was willing to pay and go on about my day but ended up spending my whole paycheck because a dude got his feelings hurt. do better. if i could give 0 stars i would

Parked at the wrong side of a lot at the site of my own apartment. Although signage on the lot indicated that parking was for private use only, there was little indication on assigned spots. Ended up costing me 300 dollars with very little explanation provided, and my car would not initially start. Go to Tatman’s, you’ll be happy you did.

Double trailers were pulled back onto the road. The last trailer wasn’t that far off the shoulder. However, the wrecker kept saying that I was in the ditch. I told him that I’m not in the ditch. The ditch is down there. He didn’t respond to me and continued to charge us for being in the ditch even though I was not. Good thing I took photos.
