First visit, I used the Champaign Tru Tires for over 10 years. Matt and staff did a great job. Champaign True Tires is no longer there. I would expect the same service from Urbana True Tires. Ryan and staff did a great job. I was in and out, about an hour, new Goodyear tires I purchased online through Goodyear. I've used Goodyear tires for over 40 years and have never had a problem. Great job, thank you!

I called to get an estimate on getting my rear brake shoes and drums changed and they insisted that I come in for their personal evaluation and that they wouldn't trust anyplace else, nor would they give me even the slightest ballpark of a quote. So, I would have to get my car towed there, like I did the other place, just so I could pay for their evaluation, like I did the other place, to then get a quote. They could've just said here is a range of how much it would cost depending on how much we have to do, but they want me to go through all of the hassle of getting my inoperative vehicle there, probably hoping I'd just give up once I got the vehicle there.

These guys are the best! I brought in a tire I'd bought in another state that went flat that was practically brand new. They found the puncture and when it was clear it was not repairable helped me assess if it was worth going back to where I had a warranty on it (a 1 hour drive) over the cost of just replacing it with them but not having to put in all the time and gas to get to where I bought it. When it was clear it was a better deal for me to drive an hour away they were honest about that and happily loaded my tire back into my vehicle for me. Very polite, very honest - next time I need tires I am buying from them!

I have been going here for 8 years or so, and I’ve been very happy with the quality of the service. They are very accommodating and reasonable. I have never had them suggest repairs/maintenance that seemed unnecessary or superfluous. Once my car had a very strange issue that they were unable to diagnose, and they did not even charge me for the time they spent trying to figure it out!

So glad to have found Urbana True Tires. I don't know much about cars and I've been afraid of being taken advantage of in the past. That is not the case here. They are very straight-forward about what needs to be fixed and why (they have always answered my questions well too). Their prices are very reasonable. I have never felt like I was being sold more than I needed and their oil change loyalty program is awesome.

Got new tires put on at a reasonable rate, but received incorrect advice to fill tires to the pressure listed on the sidewall instead of the pressure listed on the driver door. For a non tire related problem I received a quote for a repair that ended up being less expensive at another shop, the other shop was also more patient and gave me a better explanation of the issue.

I highly recommend this team. I needed 4 new tires, an alignment, and an oil change. They were the only business who didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, who didn’t rush through my questions, and gave me the lowest estimate by about $300. When I went to pick up my car, they told me I didn’t even need an alignment and saved me some money. Very honest, kind, and patient professionals.

I was having car trouble on a Friday. I was able to communicate through email with them through out the weekend. I had my car brought in for a diagnostic.
