They have great pricing but I had to make an appointment to get my oil changed which meant I had to rearrange my whole day. Perhaps they're a little understaffed if anything but the people who were working tried their best to keep up.

I'm handicapped and if I park by the out door, I have to try and walk all the way to the in door. It's ridiculous and I won't be shopping there any more until it's changed. Or put carts by the handicap places...I HAVE to hang on to something!

Terrible customer service. Dropped off a lawn mower tire to be replaced and was told it would be ready that day but possibly spill into early next day. After 3 full days of waiting, no phone calls time or answers when I called them, I drove in to pick up my tire. It was still sitting where they left it three days ago untouched. I didn't even get an apology.

Cust. Service lady was very helpful but as we were purchasing a new trailer the gentleman in automotive was not friendly or helpful. Acted as if we were a bother. The manager that came in to help finish the process was helpful though.

Asked 3 people where the pool filter sand was located. 1 told me he didn't know. The other told me it was in the sporting goods section (which it wasn't). Lastly the third called the warehouse out back which resulted in a 15 minute wait with no response until I finally fed up and left. Horrible customer service and everyone I spoke to was clueless. If you're in the Davenport area and needing to go to Farm and Fleet, I'd recommend going across the river to Moline.

On a Tuesday I made an appointment for 9 am saturday for a tire repair. Dropped the vehicle off a little before 9 and left to go about our day. 1:15 pm and I still hadn't heard anything so I called. After 10 minutes of being on hold to talk to a person we decided to just go and find out if it was ready. When we arrived we noticed the vehicle was still in thre same parking space we left it in. The guy behind the counter wasn't sure what was going on with our vehicle and took a few minutes to find the keys. Then he said they didn't have an open rack to work on it. Needless to say we decided to go elsewhere. 4.5 hours and they hadn't even touched it. I could understand if we went there hoping they could squeeze it in, but I made that appointment 4 days prior. They've always been slow, but this was the final time I go there.

We always like to shop here for the many different items they carry. Bird and animal feed, fencing supplies, hardware. They also carry clothes, footwear, tires, automotive supplies as well as power and hand tools. If you are looking for it, they probably have it. The staff is helpful and they have order online with pickup at the store. Currently they are in short supply or out of stock of some items as are most other stores.

Price and availability on tires were great, down side is the speed. I had a appointment at 10AM dropped off car at 9:45AM. Walked around the store, came back to the service counter at 11:30 to check how things were going to look out the window and see them dismounting only the first tire. 3 hours later I am walking out. I understand staffing is still low but they could of called and changed the appointment to 11:00…

The employees are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and arranged for easy access to items. I shopped the Muscatine Blaine's recently and did not have the same experiences so I will drive the extra 45 minutes to the Quad city Blaine's.

Most incompetent staff I’ve ever seen in an service department. I needed to get a four flat hooked up to get the lights working for my new trailer. I called up and the guy looked up the part he needed and made an appointment for 8 am on a Monday. I show up on Monday at 8 o’clock and they say it will be a half hour so I say I will wait. An hour later after wandering around and sitting around in the parking lot where there are no picnic tables, I noticed they still hadn’t brought my car in. I go back and ask them if they had and they said not yet. I said OK, well I had an appointment at eight. He was very rude and snarky and said he will get to it when he can. A half hour later I get a call and they had never ordered the part and said that they wouldn’t be able to do it. They said they would order the part and pay for the $50 for labor. After not hearing from them for a couple weeks I called them and they said they would call me back. After another week I’m not hearing from them, I called again and finally get a hold of somebody and he says they have the part in and to make an appointment the next day. So being that I didn’t have a ride and they said it would be two hours of work I stuck my bike in the car and rode 15 miles back home. I get a call 45 minutes later that it is done. Great! Low in behold the lights don’t work. So now I have talked to two different managers and I still don’t have lights. I have spent over four hours of my time calling and waiting. If you need any work done, go somewhere else. It’s not worth it. The staff is rude and unknowledgeable, and they will sit and stare at you as you wait and not come help you as if you are invisible.

Great place to shop. We just went to check on some Christmas decorations and a special blanket that is weighted. Our youngest granddaughter has trouble sleeping and we hope this helps. It is to help snuggle you while you sleep. If it works our daughter and husband will be happy. We will see. Friendly and helpful staff to assist you with your needs.
