not only are they always fast, but they also vacuumed my floor mats and left them looking amazing, which wasnt expected (I was actually a little embarrassed because my floor mats were pretty gross). Really appreciated that, thank you so much!

I just went to get my oil change here and wow. What an amazing staff. Everyone was very friendly and got me in and out. I had brought my dog and they were super friendly with her. If I lived around this area I would go back to them every time. Highly recommended.

I have been a customer of Speed Lube for years. I have always been pleased with the service which I thought was quick and decently friendly. I just had my oil changed 3 days ago but was still experiencing a brake warning light. My receipt noted that my brake fluid was full so I crossed that off. Parking brake was not on, brake pads were new. I took our vehicle to our mechanic to find out what was going on to find out that our brake fluid was indeed not full. Once the fluid was added, the light went off. I am a little frustrated at having to pay to have fluid added to my vehicle when I just paid $55 for a full service change only days ago. Mostly, I am disappointed that all these years I may have not been getting what I was paying for.

Urbana location...Since when does a oil change not include airing up tires and vacuum floor mats??? I'll be looking for a different place after coming here for 20 years. Disappointed

$74 for an oil change seems a bit steep, after being used to paying $35-40. That being said, the people were very friendly and professional. The price is honestly the only reason for 3 stars. The people working were great.

I've been going to Speed Lube for service for going on 20 years. I started in the Champaign location and ended at the Urbana location. From the first day I was given 10% Veterans discount and then about 5 years later they started to waiver from that and started to do just a $1 dollar managers discretionary discount. Now the manager recently told me that they will not honor my veterans discount any longer. I will now seek services strictly to those businesses that are loyal to and honor veterans.

I just got my oil changed on my 2013 Lexus RX350 and it was truly a fast and great experience. I legit got in and out in about 10 to 15 mins. They offer to put new wipers on and top off my antifreeze for a very reasonable cost. I can express enough having trust in local places like this one in particular. Will be bringing my other vehicles and friends to this business great job again

We've gone here pretty much every time we need an oil change. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable and service is quick. If something truly needs to be done (air filter needs to be replaced) they will explain/show you and you make the call. It's nice not having to wait a long time.

First of all, I am a regular at the one in Champaign, but decided to try the one in Urbana today. CLAYTON especially was attentive and just a funny kid. He was top-notch! And I would love to give him recognition for his outstanding customer service and great personality. I AM BLOWN AWAY by how wonderful the service was compared to Champaign. I use them regularly, but I always have minor problems and they screw up things and I have to go back and have them fix them. Everything went smoothly, and I felt like I was being taken care of and got everything that I needed done with a car that had been in storage for several years. I am blown away by the level of customer service that this place gave Granted, it is under construction right now for a remodel, but hands down will be my go to from now on.

So apparently the last time I had an oil change, it was filled completely up to 10 qts! My car is supposed to take 4.4. The dipstick was filled all the way to the handle. The only reason I know is when I went to have it changed somewhere else while I was out of town, they informed me how dangerous this was for my engine. The technician said this is the most overfilled he has ever seen. Honestly just wanted to share this picture with the team. The staff is very polite and professional but maybe there was someone training. I’m glad there hasn’t been any damage to my engine that I know of yet.
