On Wednesday, December 4th I hit a deer and had considerable damage to my vehicle. My insurance company (Erie Insurance) provided me with several recommendations for body repair. On the top of that list was 5th Dimension Collision Repair in Champaign, IL. Kelly and GM Justin Calvin were very responsive and shared regular updates with me throughout the entire process. Even though there were some part sourcing issues, they made the effort to get me back into my vehicle on my tight timeline. With the Holiday approaching, I was having an issue getting my family all in one vehicle to get to my out-of-state destination. For context, my insurance coverage allowed me to rent a vehicle up to an SUV however Enterprise would not provide me with a vehicle larger than a CAMRY. I checked with Hertz as well…no luck. With a family of five, plus my visiting MIL, we were forced to take two vehicles to any destination. When I reached out to Kelly with this concern about not being able to get to our family Christmas plans, it seemed like the 5th Dimension team kicked the timeline into overdrive and ended up returning my vehicle much sooner than anticipated. I would recommend 5th Dimension Collision Repair for body work. They did an excellent job on the repairs, communicated regularly and effectively, and were responsive to my concerns.

So my car was hit parked and unoccupied 8/20. I was able to get in the shop the Monday after the holiday. They were very informative and responsive! I always had questions because State Farm was very UNORGANIZED. I never had to wait long for an answer I appreciate yall so much. State Farm dragged this entire process out almost two months but guess what? I got my baby 🚗 today I am soooo happy. I said I got a brand new car it looks like thanks to yall 🩶🩶🩶. If I could give Fifth Dimension 10 stars, I would! I had some pretty delicate circumstances and Kelly (the manager) went way above and beyond to get my car repaired.
