Kami and team are awesome! They got my tires ordered and put on for a fair price and very quickly. I feel much better about my winter travel. Thanks!!

Fast and friendly service. Had a tire blow out that needed replacing. Service only took about an hour and a half, whereas many other places in town had me waiting multiple hours or even days.

I had a tire with a leak plugged here. A few days later, the same tire got a sudden flat on the interstate. When changing the tire to a spare, one of the lugs sheared off do to it being over-torqued. In all, getting my tire "fixed" here resulted in having to obtain an emergency hotel stay, a new tire, and a lug nut replacement.

I can’t say enough positive things about this place! They helped me out a year ago when I got a flat tire on the way to a doctor appt down the street. I have since had 2 instances of getting screws stuck in my tires and they always get me right in and fix the issue! I am also now taking my vehicle here for regular servicing and maintenance because I really trust them and their work! The staff is very friendly and professional! I highly recommend them for all of your vehicle needs!

I had two tires with significant leaks. Stopped in with no appointment and two punctures were repaired. Thank you!

Our Honda Odyssey developed an air leak in one of the tires while traveling on the interstate which forced us to spend the night in Champaign. When I saw the great Google reviews for Champaign True Tires I decided to take my chances, and am so glad I did. Despite my skeptical nature, I found the Google reviews to be completely accurate. This tire store is is nicely appointed, run very professionally, and a comfortable place to do business. They tended to my car quickly and fixed the tire for a fair price and without any pressure for additional purchases. My family and I were back on the road with far less delay and cost than I was fearing. I highly, highly recommend this tire store.

Brought my truck in to have an alignment done. Cold called for apt. Made it in same day, work was done in roughly an hour. Job was well done. Vehicle drove noticeably better. Pricing was competitive with all automotive shops. I would definitely recomend this place to anyone looking for a decent mechanic. Well done.

Very pleasant and always informative about what's going on. I always have felt like I was the most important customer there even when they are busy. The manager, I believe her name is Kami is knowledgeable, polite and cheerful. Found them by happenstance a year ago to have a tire repaired and have had oil changes and other services since.

They were the only tire repair shop available to plug my flat tire yesterday. I feel it was able to be plugged. They explained it needed to be replaced. I replaced both front tires from their advise, and my own decision. They also advised me of a plethora of items that should be addressed. One of them I'm aware of. The other couple I was not. I've had my car serviced at the dealership I purchased my car at for years and the items were not brought to my attention. So either the dealership wasn't doing their job thoroughly enough, or Clay Dooley was being to thorough. Overall the experience was good. I just felt a bit pressured into the tires purchased, and the other repairs that they suggested. I understand they are a business looking to make money. I've been before and would still go back. But if at all possible, try and get a second opinion.

I took my car to CTT to replace a tire that it was still under the warranty. Although I was initially told that I wasn't in their records, I insisted I had purchased the tires only a few months ago at their Urbana location, they checked and fortunately found my name. Between looking for my records and changing the tire, I was out there in about half an hour. The shop was clean, and they had coffee for their customers. I had called a couple of days earlier to request the tire I needed.

Was quoted needing a new front axle for $1300. Took it to another shop to get a second opinion, was quoted $700 for the supposed problem Clay Dooley found but when the new shop took a look they determined that zero work was necessary. This is very disappointing as we trusted Clay Dooley with our cars for a good while but this is making me think what other unnecessary work has been done. Edit: 6 months later and no maintenance has been preformed on this vehicle besides oil/fluid changes and it is driving perfectly. When they originally diagnosed this non-existent issue and I said I was going to get a second opinion they tried to scare me by saying it wasn't safe to drive more than 10 miles. I would be very cautious if you're thinking about trusting your vehicles with Clay Dooley.

Poor customer service. Called and asked if they could do breaks on my specific vehicle. Was told yes, and could bring it in today. Lo and behold they didn’t have the breaks. Also, customer rep was told about ice on their steps and he told the customer it wasn’t his problem.

Brought my car in because I had it serviced at a different company and felt something was wrong- they found something not tightened with the brakes and were kind enough to fix it for free. Everyone friendly and very positive experience!

Clay Dooley was amazing, especially Kami. They were able to get me in very quickly. When I needed a part, they called the local dealership to check availability. When it was going to be $1,000 and would take 2 weeks, they ordered the part online for me for $300 and got it in a couple days. It was a very smooth process, which I very much appreciated.

I've come here several times and would not recommend. They tried to charge $280 for a cabin filter and Light bulb. Total rip-off. On the search for quality service AGAIN

Had a coupon for $44 for oil change and tire rotation oil change was synthetic. Over all the Bill comes to $64. That is close to $20 for taxes and fees. Still cheaper to do it myself. Oil change for vehicles is getting outrageous. I am a truck driver, when I started an oil change for my semi was $100 in 2003 today it is around $200 to $275 depends on what you go. That is 100 to 150 percent increase. For autos it has increased by 275 to 350 percent from $30 to have it done back then. If you did it yourself then and have it done for you now that is 450 to 500 percent increase. So occasionally I have it done. But not any more, today approximately $5-7 for a filter and 15 to 25 for synthetic oil. Tired of getting taken
