5/5 experience with Heritage. I brought my car in for a wheel alignment where upon initial inspection they noticed a few issues that should be taken care of prior to the alignment. I do most of the work on my car and knowing this they advised me that I should replace the components prior to get the best results. They weren't pushy or condescending in the slightest about me doing my own work and even gave me advice on the repair. I would recommend and will be returning.

Mike and his shop were able to get me a starter for my 18 year old car. They did it so fast that I was able to make sure I wouldn't miss the holidays with family. He showed me everything, even gave me print outs of all the things I asked for to look into repairing on my car. It's a 2007 kia rio that has less then 75k in miles. They took care of my car and me. You dont see the quality and care of service that Mike and his team give anymore, and I truly appreciate them!

I brought in Hurricane, my 2008 Acura TL, because it was idling very rough and the reviews on google were great for Heritage Service Centre. Mike and his technicians were great at diagnosing the problem - a frozen vacuum valve - and gave me a comprehensive estimate for repair. Then, Mike was able to source an OEM part (it's a 17 year-old car, right?) and install it. The final bill from Heritage Service Centre was LESS than the estimate and Hurricane is purring like a kitten once again. I highly recommend Heritage Service Centre for its honesty, excellent communications and professional invoicing. Five stars!
