Owner operator Raul Hernandez and staff did an amazing job repairing my vehicle to its original state. Raul is easygoing, polite and professional. Raul’s staff is nothing short of his reflection, especially his son Raul Jr. Not only was I treated with respect during the whole ordeal but was ensured that the work would not be considered finished until I was completely satisfied which is why I’m leaving this review. Hopefully I don’t make this a reoccurrence but if I need any future auto body repairs, I will definitely be returning to Hernandez Auto Body Shop for their business.

Owner Raul Hernandez was absolutely professional, kind, a genuine person and honest. I took my car in because I had someone bump my car in the back bumper. I took my car in. Mr. Hernandez came out and took a look at it and took care of the problem, very nice and kind people. His son RJ does an amazing job and tinting windows. I was in a hit and run accident, front rear corner of the drivers side was severely damaged. The impact of the hit caused damage to the outside of the car and under the hood. From start to finish Raul took every phone call and responded to every text message I had, he updated me every step of the way, never once getting upset about multiple phone calls or multiple texts. I knew my car was in the right hands. I chose his auto body shop based on a personal recommendation and the google reviews. His professionalism, friendliness, tenacity, drive, and just how he broke down each step in the process, blew any nervousness about my damaged car out of the water. He not only did what he needed to do to fix my car but did extra things (cleaning the inside and outside of the car, waxing it, repainting certain parts of the outside of the car, and so on) that my car was unrecognizable. Raul is a miracle worker in my eyes and when I went to pick up my finished repaired car 7/7/23, I was in utter shock and cried happy tears because the work he did on my car plus the extra miles he went on my car, was enough to cause happy tears that I got my car better than I left it. If You need help with your car especially if it has cosmetic damage or structural damage, Raul’s shop is where you need to go. His customer service and work ethic, exceeds anything I could have possibly imagined when it came to my situation. He saved me money and took care of some things that I was going to take care of myself before I got into a accident. If you want quality work, friendly customer service, and someone with many years of experience in Auto Body, Hernandez Auto Body Shop is the place to go. Thank you to Raul and his team from the bottom of my heart for all the hard work and extra initiative you took with my car. I am forever grateful for you and your team. No one can tell me someone does it better than Hernandez Auto Body.

I feel like pretty much anyone that's ever had car issues wishes they could have mechanic that is a legit, helpful, understanding, knows what he's doing to a high level and is beyond fair.
