Stole my money. Brought my vehicle for AC recharge. told me $45 to check AC system and if everything is OK, then it would be $90 to complete the recharge. They kept my vehicle for like 3hours and told me everything was good and charged me $90. A day and a half later, AC stopped working. Took vehicle back to let them know. Ricardo the "AC Tech" who also said he's the manager, basically said the AC compressor broke when I left the shop and so not their issue. When I told him "yea right" he tried to get all technical "psi on AC compressor, blah blah" when he shoulda said is, "I didn't do my job right" or "I don't know how to do my job and so I didn't really check to see if your AC system worked before I recharged it" (as he should of). No offer to resolve anything or at least take responsibility for his trash work and I woulda accepted that with no problem. A simple "my bad." Instead another tech named Bhoz was more respectful, explained the situation and at least acknowledged the issue and how it looks bad breaking down after 1 day (and tried to make an offer). He should be the manager there with his people skills not that Ricardo the "AC Tech" (yea right). Idk about tires and mechanical work, those techs may know what they are doing and will probably fix a problem if it arises, especially if the techs are like that dude Bhoz. If you going for AC go to another place cuz Ricardo "The AC tech" and supposed manager was trash with this work. When he heard how a conversation should go (when I was talking to other tech) I could hear him in the background trying to talk and offer a check on my compressor if I fix it. I'm like bruh you mean you want to do the job you shoulda done in the first place? Nah, I don't want you touching nothing on my vehicle. Trust and a man's word goes a long way and he lost that instantly when I spoke with him with his excuses. Contact me if you want more info. Go somewhere else.. wack tech. Lo q paso es q no sabe o no lo reviso bien, pero como haiga salido la cosa, valio pura berg su trabajo conmigo. Ay veran. UPDATE: !!!!!!!!!!!As you can see they asked for my email to go over the situation. I provided the email but they never reached out . It’s just a scam. I bet they didn’t contact the other bad reviews either. BAD PLACE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! AC tech is wack!!!

Worst place ever! I called over the phone asked price for what i needed done. I was given one price was charged another. We purchased a set of brand new tires. And i wanted them installed on brand new rims. Then they scratch one the new rims and they did not want to pay for the damage. After demanding to speak to the owner, supervisor or manager..... they gave my son money for damaging the new rim.... I will never go back and will not reccomend this place to anyone!!! Bad customer service!! I really cannot believe how unprofessional this place is. I found this place through Offer-up and after speaking to them and reading the one reviews this shop had. I decided to take my business there. But I will continue to say, this place is extremely unprofessional. Jay, asked me to call him. So, thinking that Jay was going to handle things in a professional manner...... No, he basically called me to threaten me that if i did not change my review he was going to void my 40k mile warranty on the new tires that we purchaed. Sonce, I said that I would not change my review. He stated to me, "what do you want me to do. I was not at the shop, I was in the bay area. Do what ever you want, Im voiding your warranty ". Again, I will never go there again!!

Tried business guys multiple times , once was refused a warranty on a tire had to buy a new tire, they over tightened my lugs also very bad. Anyway, I just stopped going here. Not too bad a place always responsive shop buyer beware I guess idk my experience personally.

Great prices on tires, better than anybody in town. Prompt friendly service. I've got tires for my truck and one of my cars. Just had a screw in the car tire they got me right in dismounted and patched and back on the car in 10 minutes no charge. The only place I will buy tires.

I had a very bad experience from this shop, as today i went to add spacers for the front two tires of my jeep wrangler Sahara and it just took around 28 minutes to put these spacers. But They charged me 225$ for these just 28 minutes. The part(Spacers)is bought by me separately from different shop, when i ask them, they say we charge for 3 hours labours even it just took 28 minutes. I suggest everyone to not go this shop for any auto work.

I shopped around Manteca, Lathrop, French Camp, Lodi and then Stockton and these guys had the best price for tires on my 2008 350z. The tires were very low profile and still came with a warranty even after being the cheapest in the 209. Very impressed with the owners professionalism and attitude as he was very polite to all customers and his staff was quiet and fast. No complaints!

I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone for tires or any mechanical services. the manager’s name is Robert he has very poor customer service and like to make a lot excuses to not take care of the problems that may exists. I have a 2014 Dodge Durango that need breaks, they told me it was worn down to the metal therefore it need breaks and rotors. It cost me over $600, after picking up my vehicle they told me I had a leaking break line, that was I believe it was intentional tamper with to trying to get more money from me. I had wife pick up my vehicle and she told that the windshield had a cracked across it, I know sure it wasn’t there before. Anyways I call the shop over the weekend and the staff denied of they had anything to do with, which is fine because I had no proof. The repair was done in February 2021 and in October 8 months later I had some issues with my wheel vibrating, So i Call Robert and explained what was happening, instead of trying to see what the issue was immediately he told me the warranty was for only 3 months or 4,000 miles and I had more than. That I had like 10,000 miles. The point is he used very cheap parts and that why I already have issues with it with in a year. Don’t go there if you don’t want bad service. Not satisfied customer!!😡🤬

Had a great experience dealing with John over the phone. Till it changed hands. I loved it here. Update new owners, changed the stars to one. Gave me a price over the phone. They decided to charge me more because I used my card and not cash 😭 I'm not coming back. I hope they get audited for ripping people off !!!! They should have told me over the phone cuz I asked cash or card. He said it's the same price, either way.... lies

Don’t ever send your wife, girlfriend or daughter here. I took my truck for a tire rotation simple right. Drove about 1 mile to work then when I got off from work I had so many lights on my truck that for me it was scary never before seen those lights on my truck they had diagnosed with a tire wheel hub need it, so when I took it back he said you have a issue that was diagnosed so it need to be addressed in order for those lights to go away. When I told him I did not have any of those lights when I brought the truck for a tire rotation he said if you want to come back tomorrow we’ll take a look at it.
