They ripped my Aunt who, Is on disability off for 1300! wrong starter. Said condenser was fixed but then said it burnt up flywheel. Crazy someone that operates like this is still in Business.

Bad experience. I felt I had no control over the repairs from Dec 28 until Jan 5th. I finally got both cars out and had another shop do the repairs. Ultimately cost me more time & money. I won't recommend or go back. 1 star for refunding my money

I went in with good spirits and determined I was gonna get my Cadillac converter fixed. October. $400 deposit with no response back till I called him. Runaround city began. Almost Feb and still no part or deposit back.

The only positive I can say is this shop does back warranty work for the most part. But I've had continuous problems after this shop has done minor to major repairs. A rebuilt engine using more oil that what it still leaks. A transmission still slips after replacing for a 2nd time. He charges a high hourly rate, but rarely does the work himself. I have on going problems going on with 2 vehicles he has done lots of work on. I've spent thousands on both vehicles. Jose would still possibly attempt to fix problems, but since we have had a falling out due to him putting a third vehicle off for 3 months, LIEING TO ME HE ORDERED PARTS AND NEVER DID, that now I wont trust him to work on a bicycle. And he owes me 150 dollars, and wont give it back to me, for work he never did. Next step is going to the Bureau of Automotive Repair and filing a complaint. I've also found out that He, Jose, seems to want to settle things the street way. I will handle this problem the legal way.

Jose Hernandez is a complete and shameful rip off. On 7/19/2023, he personally told me I need a transmission because my transmission was making my gas pedal stick. He also happened to have a transmission for $2700. And charged me $130 to tell I need a transmission. I went to Pepboy’s and the fixed my gas pedal by installing a new sensor and new brake for +$200. Scammer Jose Hernandez also told me I need struts. But in May 2023 I bought brand new struts. The scammer also offered to charge my AC for $150. But I went to the Car Doctor who charged me $90.
