This was my second visit because I thought the first repair which was a second battery nobody discovered in two years. The owner scared me with thinking I may have to pay more for a diesel diagnostic...long story short the way I've been starting the vehicle which has worked in the past I should be waiting longer due to the glow plugs. I was happy nothing else was wrong and I got to drive away. I only wish they welded, but I suppose you can't be an expert at everything. 😊

This place lacks integrity. They stole my grandbabies Christmas gifts & all of my change out of my ashtray. I wouldn't allow them to change a fuse in my car. Then the owner gives me back my broom & dust pan he stole, but blames everything else on a "phantom employee" that he can't contact. Hi Tech Auto Services Owner seems to have anger management issues as well

I've been having problems with the battery on my Van for years. I was turned away by AAA for a diagnostic and that was the best thing they ever did. I had been to HI Tech before and since they were close to the house I stopped by. If they weren't closed for 3 days I would have found out I had needed another battery sooner. It was a 10 year old battery draining my new one. They didn't claim I had to buy one from them which some places do. I just feel so relieved and appreciative. I do think they are honest and thorough. I spoke to the owner yesterday and she said they've been in business for 30 years at the same location so that must mean something.

Johnny and Shana are local family who run their business with passion and commitment to serving the needs of their customers and community. Dropped of my car for issues related to AC not working. Issue was resolved in a timely manner. Vehicle returned earlier then promised time. They told me exactly what the issue was, no pressure to up charge for items not needed. Highly recommend their business for your vehicle service needs.

Previous owner didn’t do too well, service was kind of weird and they tried to rip me off but the new owners were very reasonable. Would recommend especially if you have a BMW since they specialize in those cars. Great service great people now.
