Big shot out and huge thank you to Joshua at the suisun city ca store i went to idiots across the street at auto zone for two bearing for my boat trailer they had no clue what to look for in computer i googled part # to show them for cross reference the computer just kept showing other parts went into suisun O'Reilly Joshua took the time to find the right bearings i needed got my boat back on the road to the water back to fishing i go Thank you for actually takomg the time to care about a difficult bearing to figure out

Rude to my self and family 5/18/17. All workers did not have names to report them. All workers looked like they just woke up. Was in store at 2pm. Did not even try to get anything after the bad customer service. We will never shop at this location and maybe this company.

I went to O'Reilly's on Sunset Street in Suisun Ca on a Friday at 6 p.m. I needed new windshield wipers. A sign on the window said free windshield wiper installation. There were two employees inside and no other customers a d both of them told me they do not install windshield wipers during the hours of Darkness. One employee claim they didn't want to break a windshield another one said this store just doesn't do it. There was no signage stating any time restrictions on wiper installation.

Super nice employees but none of these guys know their butt from their brains. Been working on an AC compressor and I needed a set of manifold gauges and a vacuum pump. This guy brings me a vacuum bleeder for brakes. I love this store chain but lately they haven't been hiring reputable employees I'm sure I'm not expecting too much of these guys to know what is what. I've always hated AutoZone and Napa Auto parts but they become more and more appealing every time I come here.

I ordered a part that morning and they called when it arrived. It still needs to be installed so if it's the right part and works I will change to five stars. The part has a limited life time warranty as long as I own the vehicle 😊

I came for a simple oil filter I told asked the older gentleman it was for my 09 Audi a4 he asked for more info that I did not know but I remembered we can look it up with my license plate and he cut me off and said he got it. I purchase it thinking it was correct. I checked before I left, it wasn’t. I grabbed the correct one, as I was grabbing it he offered options to a gentlemen of which oil filter he would like which he didn’t ask me I’m not sure why? I didn’t appreciate the terrible communication and lack of customer service I had.

I BOUGHT A BATTYOERY BUT AT THE TIME I DIDN'T HAVE THE RIGHT KEY FOR THE SCREWS. THE SELLER OFFERED TO LEND ME ONE AND HE HIMSELF REMOVED THE BATTERY, FOR WHICH HE CHANGED ME $22. BE CAREFUL WITH THAT.

I was having a bad day with our family car battery. Bernie was extremely helpful with helping us purchase a car battery. At first we were just going to replace it at home and went next door to get a Starbucks and came back to the car NOT starting. Bernie didn’t even hesitate to come outside to change it. He was very polite and even if it’s his job, he did a very great job and is very personable which I appreciate so much.

Shout out to Mario and Miles! I was in the parking lot fixing my tail gate lights (since the blinkers weren't working) and both of them helped me find the tools and bulb replacements I needed. Even though the replacement bulbs weren't on the shelf, they took the time to find it in the back for me. Very much appreciated their assistance and I was able to fix my lights in the lot there and then🙏
