I would highly recommend Alioto’s Garage. There are only 2 shops in the Fairfield/Vacaville area that work on Tesla’s and I’ve been to both. Do not waste your time with the other garage. Alioto’s is by far superior! My car looked absolutely fantastic and the customer service was excellent.

Alioto's Suisun is by far THE best customer service and quality body and paint repair I have experienced in many, many years after owning many cars and trucks. Bud, the Assistant Manager and his team, get what it means to care about the customer, maintain regular communication on the status of the vehicle repair, complete the repair ahead of schedule and just deliver an incredible presentation to my 2008 Tacoma. The car looks better today than the day I bought it and I am glad I went to Alioto's and will continue to many of my friends and colleagues this is the place for any body work, paint and other required repair items. This is just good "old school" customer service, care and good vibes in this place. Now, my 3rd vehicle I have repaired there in the last 3 years and I will keep coming back. They will not disappoint in taking care of your needs. Thank you guys! You are the best!

Aliotos is by far the best shop around the surrounding areas!!! I let them repair my Camaro and they did amazing. They can drive manuals with ease, my car has a very short biting point at the top of the pedal and it’s a racing clutch so it’s aggressive. they moved it with little to no throttle with no issues.(w/o knowing I was watching them) The shop does amazing work, the attached photos speak for themselves. I got sideswiped while going around someone that was stopped in a parking lot and all damage was down the right side and hood from when dude decided to vandalize it with a shovel also broke parts of my suspension when he hit my front wheel. So granted the time that I needed my vehicle fixed they were very, very busy even with how busy they were they got the parts ordered took the car in once they got them and got it done asap 2-3 weeks. They did an extensive amount of work in a timely fashion. Now I did have to return the vehicle for a couple hours, just so they could fix a couple things missed. It was just my left side hood vent that was slightly damaged barely noticeable not caused by them and my passenger window/lock buttons wouldn’t work. They most likely just didn’t click the connectors all the way in or just over looked it super easy to do. also a center cap went missing AFTER I picked the car up some days later, which they replaced no issues but that’s not all there fault 10/10 would recommend and will come back for any future body damage on my other vehicles if need be!!!

Although the after picture was taken at 3 AM with condensation on the car, the paint job is pristine. Very pleased with the results!

From the beginning through the end I received great customer service. Someone to greet you when you entered, staff that told you what to expect during the intake and the estimate of the cost, assisting me get a rental car so I wouldn’t be freaked out about how I was going to do my work while my car was in the shop. Don’t forget the updates that told of the progress of my car and then the best. My car was clean both inside and outside when I picked it up. The work was superb. It looked brand new when I retrieved it. Thanks to a great crew.

Professionalism, expertise and customer service is how I would express my opinion of Alioto’s. John Hood was my contact point who put me at ease on my first visit. He printed a written estimate, thoroughly explained the process and made me feel like they cared. I chose them to do the work. John contacted me at every stage to let me know what was happening with my car. My car looks great, they delivered it on time and I was very well cared for. I must say I’ve never dealt with anything to do with my car (dealership or shop) where I felt like the people who worked there cared.
