I called to ask about the Fix Finder service which is generally provided for free at most AutoZones. I was informed of this service by my stepfather and decided to give this location a call as it is closest to me and have purchased a few parts here in the past. Scott (employee) answered the phone call and when I asked, informed me they did not do the service themselves, they have a tool "we" the customers use ourselves to figure that out, but in a demeaning sort of way. I was in the middle of asking further questions when he apparently had a customer come up to him while in the middle of the phone call ask him a question and he just hung up. I've worked in customer service for years in the past and this was unprofessional. This conversation could have gone completely different and will no longer be going to this location.

I want to just rave about my experience at autozone! Tara was amazing! I was having issues with my check engine light and had no idea what to do, I was stressed because this is the 3rd time it popped up and I didn’t even know you could get the issue checked out for free. She showed me exactly where to put the device and printed out my results, needless to say I’ll only be going to this autozone! I highly recommend it, Tara was amazing!

Went into Suisun Autozone this past Saturday and was greeted by a young man name West. I told him about the issues with my car and he offered to test my battery. He came outside with a tester and let me know it was a good battery, he then tested the Altenator. He confirmed my suspension that it was bad. He helped me find the best option, he even had it brought over from another store. My husband picked it up that evening and my car is now fixed! Thank you AutoZone for the great customer service!

Paul Wiley helped me greatly!!! Wow he placed my battery in my car right before work. I pulled up to Auto Zone worried because my car had trouble starting, I know nothing about cars mind you however Paul came out with the biggest smile on his face ready to help me, he also gave me valuable knowledge about my car. Soon after he changed my battery!!! I made it to work on time and I’m so happy! I had a great Auto Zone experience THANK YOU PAUL!

They do their thing very well; mainstream parts and tools, convenient and close. I went for a charging system check (free) and would have purchased a new battery if it was bad (it wasn't) without reservation. Highly recommend this chain.

This old gentleman always make me feel unwelcome, I'm not mechanic but it's been a few times that they give me the wrong parts and he gives me a face everytime I return the parts, because they didn't fit or were the wrong ones, even though I gave them the right information of my vehicle. It's like an inconvenience to him. Never going back there again. I rather go to a different auto parts place were they help me with attention a friendly smile and make feel welcome.

Went in today with a list of things I needed for my truck. I don’t have much experience, so finding everything on my list was going to be a challenge, at least that’s what I thought. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Yanna. She was incredibly nice and polite, I explained my situation and she took the time to go through the list with me and find EVERYTHING I needed. Not only that but she gave me advise/explained how to install some of the things I had questions about. Went home and installed everything, following her advice, and it all worked to perfection! Amazing customer service, HUGE thank you to Yanna and the rest of the crew. Definitely coming back! Cannot recommended this AutoZone enough👍

2024 update: Joshua was a huge help swapping out a headlight. I knew what to do but needed some finesse I wasn’t aware of. Thank you Joshua! 2022: Kimberly is always so cheerful and helpful. Her and her team have really gone above and beyond to help me with my car and I always have a positive experience here.

I just wanted to thank the team, especially the associate who helped me-- Yanna for amazing service. I came in and needed help with my brake lights/headlights. I'm not well-versed in car lingo so I told her what I had and she did the rest of the work! She was very sweet, helpful and very enjoyable to work with. Will be coming back again!

I’ve been to this store numerous times without any issues. Generally, the employees are incredibly helpful and friendly. However, that was not my experience this week. While waiting my turn to be assisted, I witness who I am assuming is one of the managers of this location (I make this assumption because the other employees were asking for her help with their transactions), Tara, roll her eyes as one of the other customers turned her back to leave the store. Not a few minutes later, she was making faces at another. Despite the current mask requirements within the store, this kind of behavior is exceptionally obvious to anyone paying attention. Think what you’d like of the customers you’re assisting behind closed doors, but to brazenly disrespect your customer base right in their face is disgusting. Once it was my turn, I was immediately met with condescension and attitude regarding my transaction. The entire process was made miserable by her poor attitude and ignorant commentary to a situation that she did not have adequate details to be commenting on in the first place. As a regional manager for a large customer-facing chain, I sincerely hope that this particular employee is not delegated to lead others, as her ability to handle basic customer service transactions with courtesy and taste is severely lacking. Because of her distasteful attitude and crass commentary, I will be shopping elsewhere from now on, and I share this as a warning to others who happen into this store. As I previously mentioned, I have had no other issues with the other staff within this store, but this week’s experience has made me unwilling to step foot in this store again. I deal with people all day every day, and as someone who looks for managerial potential in others, I highly suggest a reassessment of this individual’s ability to lead a team. I’d like to think that this level of customer service is not what Autozone strives to provide to their loyal customer base, but with managerial representation such as this? It makes me wonder what they stand for to simply allow it to persist.

Autozone sold me a belt with the correct packaging but the wrong belt. The belt received is about 2ft where the correct belt for a 92 Corvette is about 5 ft. Today I attempted to return the belt and was told that since it had been 10 months since the purchase, I could have switched the belt. If the analysis us for switching the belt, I could have walked out to my car, switched the belt and immediately walked into the store and got a refund for the belt. They also said the belt in the package is not sold by them. I said its the same belt that they sold me. I further explained that I drove the Corvette to my mechanic in Idaho and had him replace the belt. The purpose of me purchasing the belt from Autozone was in case I had to change it mid trip. They then said my mechanic could have switched the belt. Again sending the blame to someone else. I will agree with Autozone it took me 9 months to bring the belt back. I returned to Idaho for memorial day weekend and got the belt back from my mechanic then returned to California. I travel for work. I took the Corvette to my mechanic in Idaho. From there, I flew home to Florida until May then returned to California for work. The price of the belt is not a big deal. What irritated me is getting accused of switching the belt and that I could have gone to any number of Autozone's to return the belt. I brought the belt to this Autozone because this is the one that sold me the wrong belt. I don't like the run-around. If I am at fault, then why not be at fault for not returning the item in 30 minutes, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months or maybe the policy is no return on belts. Basically being accused of buying the belt and attempting to return the belt for a refund is akin to stealing. That is also how I took it and it pissed me off. The manager should stick to policy and not accusations BTW I also bought a air filter for a 2003 F250 7.3L truck, likely around the same time. That filter continuously popped my clog sensor. I had to put the old filter back in the truck until I purchased an OEM from ford. My dirty filter was better than Autozone's $73 knock-off. Autozone should stick to policy if there are time limits on returns. It is absolutely stupid to accuse the customer of what they "might" have done that could void a return. Basically, the manager accused me if stealing. Thats what I am pissed about. Im not saying I will never return to Autozone, however, at least for the time being they will be the last on my to do list since I am now a presumptive thief.

Horrible customer service, as a family of mechanics we have both comercial and DIY accounts. Purchasing a tool that I might need is a common occurrence most of the time I never return one. But Thursday July 25 at around 8:30pm I took a tool I had purchased on my personal DIY account I might ad literally 8 hours earlier that same day. A Latino looking boy with long hair proceeded to accuse me of using the tool and attempting to return a faulty product. Berating me and assuming I was some con man trying to get my measly 25$ dollars back. He proceeded to rip the tag of the tool saying “you don’t need this you can’t return it” smirking he threw it away. Thanks to the fact I have connections with people in high places I was able to return the part at another store front. I personally will NEVER IN MY LIFE go back to this store and neither will my family. But that’s just me; I couldn’t even begin to imagine the kind of trouble a man would have entering this store with a language barrier and no recourse to travel up the ladder and ask for his money back. It made me think how many times has this boy denied an honest man his return. $25 might not mean a lot to me, but it might be the difference between somebody eating or not. I understand companies are meant to make profits but this goes beyond that this shows a lack of humanity, lack of empathy and a lack of morality. I wish I could give 0/5 stars.

This place was incredible. We came in on a rainy day and needed to replace our windshield wipers. Tara was so nice and helpful. She was able to look up the correct sizes for the wipers and even took the time to walk outside and replace them! The service was incredible. I highly recommend them.

This autozone is the best car shop in the county and possibly the world! A bird got stuck in my grill and there are basically no mechanics open on a Sunday and the one that was said they couldn't help but to try autozone instead. Shay was completely wonderful and removed the bird which was fantastic because it was freaking me out and I couldn't bring myself to touch it so it would've just been in there forever if he hadn't helped me. And there was a woman working there whose name I didn't get but she had tattoos and was lovely and provided moral support while I panicked about the bird which was greatly appreciated. Both of them deserve raises and maybe the key to the city or whatever other reward extraordinary citizens get. Thank you Shay, mystery woman, and autozone for helping me during my crisis!

I came in because my brake light was out. Julianna was there and she was very nice, and she knew exactly what I needed. She also offered to put it in for me. Even though only one was out, she installed both of them! She was very quick and efficient so everything went by smoothly. She’s definitely someone I want to come back to for help, thank you so much Julianna!
