The bottom line is… the ppl at Carstar genuinely care. My anxiety and my trust issues usually go through the roof when dealing with anything having to do with car maintenance. But Carstar ( Bill and Gina)took care of me. I really wish I could get into detail about my situation .. but just know they are trustworthy and just good people….that’s hard to find . .. I hope I never see them again. Lol. But if I have to or any of my family or friends need car repair,without hesitation it’s gonna be Carstar.

I would give this place a zero star if I could. I walked in to the front office to check in because we had an appointment and I gave the two ladies in the front my name and they give me attitude immediately. Then they asked me what was it for I explained why I was bringing in my truck. She then gives me attitude again, saying well I don't know why you're here it just says your name. I told the lady that I didn't like her attitude and she said to me I don't like your attitude you can take your business somewhere else. They also took 100$ deposit already to order the parts but yet they can't find me in the system. I have never experienced this at an auto body shop. I'm not sure if the manager know how rude his employees are but I would not have people like that to run the business.

Had a minor collision with a lady hitting my Subaru Crosstrek. My first experience with Bill Sweat, the manager, was fantastic as no one had the time to even set up an appt for an estimate without a claim number (which was forthcoming) in front of them. When I looked at their rating on my insurance's selection list, then at everyone's comments, I had no doubt they knew to repair and provide the best customer service ever. I was not disappointed! I was kept informed every step of the way to the final notice that my car was ready to come home! This shop is by far the best and I would give them a 10* if I could. My car came back clean, with a great limited lifetime warranty. Check them out - you will not be disappointed

Getting an estimate was easy, the quote was amazing and Dino was great. The original estimate of repair was 4 days, so when my vehicle was done after 1 day I was shocked. When I picked up my car it looked amazing, my car was detailed inside and out! They even offer loaner cars if your insurance company doesn't offer rental car coverage. I am very happy with the service they provided and I even get a free car wash in 6 months when I bring it back for them to follow up to check their work! What a great service. If I ever have another accident, I would definitely use them again. I will definitely recommend them to my customers again.

I swiped a parked car and left my brand new Honda Accord in disarray lol. However from begging to end Bill was so professional and precise when it came to the work that it needed done. Not to mention he offered us a loaner and made sure our rental was squared away before we had to drop our vehicle off. Our vehicle was finished the same week we dropped it off and we received daily updates through their site on our vehicle. When I say they repaired it and made it look like it never happened!!!! Bill was so pleasant and sweet and made sure everything was taken care of . I’ve had several incidents with car repair shops and this was by far the best experience I had . I appreciate them and their hard work .

My car was backed into and the not so major dent was major repair. Carstar Autobody was on the USAA list & did an excellent job repairing my Audi. Jean took care of connecting with USAA. The process was super smooth. Bill went above and beyond to make sure the repair was perfect. I really appreciated the care they took with my care and the personal attention they provided. My car was returned to me beautifully cleaned and dent completely repaired. Highly recommend.

As a female it is difficult to find a place that you can trust, but this is definitely a place that I would recommend. I got my bumper fixed here and they did a great job. They also do a great job communicating with the insurance company and making sure that they are covering enough for the repairs required. The staff is very friendly. If moved cities I would probably travel back to get my work done here. Very genuine and honest folks here.
