I've been taking my 2016 Mazda CX5 to Rob and his crew for a couple years now. They always get me in very timely. Always accommodating, friendly and do a great job on time and reasonably priced. I recently had to take my 1991 Jeep Cherokee in because i got bad gas.... they did their best to get it done as soon as they could. Much appreciated. Definitely would recommend!

We had a boat trailer that was in pretty bad shape from the broken actuator, brakes were seized and lights weren't working properly. Even before I brought the trailer in for them to look at Rob was very upfront on what would be needed both part wise and estimated cost to get it back to road worthy. I accepted his estimate and brought the trailer in. Before starting the job Rob took the time to call me again and go over all the details and the revised estimated cost which was greatly appreciated. I accepted and they completed the job on time and pretty well spot on to the estimate. The trailer is like new and they did a fabulous job and I wouldn't hesitate recommending Rob and this team.

I needed my headlight bulb replaced so I called and they got me in within an hour and took only 30 mins total to change it. The service advisor was super clear about the cost and in the end it actually was a bit cheaper than what I was quoted on the phone. I’ll definitely bring my car back for maintenance.

I had brakes, ball joints, belt and pullies worked on (at least) for my 1999 Mazda B3000. All the work was done well and timely. The new brake pads had a little chatter so Rob changed them out to ones with a different material for no additional charge; no more chatter. Thanks for the good work. I'll be back.

I have been using HiTech Auto for several years. I first started using them in 2018 for my work truck. They installed a trailer brake kit on my work truck and since then have replaced my clutch and other stuff. 100% would recommend. I grew up in a family who owned an auto repair business (in Texas) and honesty was the number one priority next to quality of work. I feel like I get both here. Honesty and quality. The owner is very respectful and listens to your concerns. I also started taking my Subaru to them and am 100% satisfied.

Rob and the crew at Hi-Tech took on the challenge of diagnosing and fixing multiple issues with my 2001 Dodge Dakota. While I don’t put many miles on it, I find it invaluable for trips to the lumber yard, hardware store or hauling loads of compost for the garden. Rob kept me informed throughout the diagnostic process and broke down the costs for each issue. All my problems were addressed and taken care of in a timely manner at reasonable prices. This was my first experience with Hi-Tech, but they have earned my trust for future repairs.

Rob is an honest hard working guy. He’s had opportunities to charge me more, fix things that didn’t need fixed, etc. He’s not that guy. I trust him and his work has always been timely and exceptional. Update: I took my Audi to Rob to investigate an oil leak. He couldn't find one and didn't feel comfortable with trying to solve this puzzle of my disappearing oil. He recommended my business to someone else. Yeah, he sent me off to give my money to a different mechanic. He understands that character counts. Yet another instance of Rob displaying the type of honesty that doesn't pay, but it does build a base of customers that trust him and will bring their business back.

Awful. We had a brake replacement done here and the brakes failed while my wife was driving. Luckily she was okay. We had the car towed to the shop we now use and they said we should contact whoever did the replacement because it wasn’t done correctly—I believe a critical bolt had fallen out and several others were loose. Called Rob at Hi-Tech and he apologized, but said we were outside the workmanship warranty. He offered a discount. Got the car back and the hub cap was in the back seat, broken. Brought it to the dealer and they said it wasn’t removed correctly—it had just been forced off and a plastic tab had been snapped off in the process. Called Rob to ask why the car was returned like this without informing me it was broken and he acted like these things just happen. Refused to replace it. I’m assuming this is a series of unfortunate events, but I’m certainly never going back after having two problems with workmanship in two visits.
