Discount Tire repaired a nail puncture in one of my tires that I had purchased from them. My salesperson, Noah K., was extremely courteous, friendly & professional, both when he answered my phone call prior to my visit, as well as when I arrived at the store. The technician, Jackson, was also very friendly and informative. The repair was free, and they checked the tire pressure in all 4 tires, as well as the spare tire! When I originally purchased the tires, they matched the lower price at Costco. I highly recommend Discount Tire for all your tire needs.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE ITS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!! I BOUGHT A WHOLE SET OF TIRES HERE 6 MONTHS AGO. LESS THAN A MONTH AGO I GOT A NAIL THEY REFUSED TO PATCH. SO I HAD TO REPLACE THE WHOLE TIRE WITH A NEW ONE. THEN THE SAME TIRE PUNCTURED AGAIN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS LATER. THEY REFUSED TO FIX ONCE AGAIN A BRAND NEW TIRE. THEY INSTEAD WANTED TO CHARGE ME THE FULL PRICE FOR A NEW ONE!!! THATS 3 BRAND NEW TIRES IN LESS THAN 6 MONTHS!!! I TOOK IT TO ANOTHER TIRE CENTER AND THEY PATCHED IT UP FOR $30. I WILL NEVER GO TO DISCOUNT TIRE EVER AGAIN!!!! IT USED TO BE A GREAT COMPANY, NOT ANYMORE THOUGH.

My husband and I have been experiencing financial difficulties like a lot of people and were driving around on two dangerously bald front tires. We were working toward saving the money and when I went in to have the tires checked, The store manager Brandon recognized they were dangerous and went ahead and installed the two new tires allowing us to pay when we had the money. This level of customer services unheard of in most large chain operations and we have been with discount tires for many years and this is not the first time we have been extended such a courtesy. We are so grateful and will continue to use discount tire exclusively I'd recommended to anyone.

Had my snow tires put on last week (as they do this for free, I have my second set of tires, the snow tires, with their own rims so they don’t have to be swiped out).. Today, while down the road at Petco, I had a flat tire. They ended up sending somebody to get the tire off and put the donut on. Next day I went back to pick up the tire only to find they didn’t have the equipment to get the valve out of the tire (I think that’s what he said). they made arrangements for me to go elsewhere and paid that place to do it. This is superlative Customer Service!! And I couldn’t be more grateful.

I went for tire rotation on this site twice and both times the technician did not do it properly so we have to go back again and then second time technician only balanced one tire so don’t recommend that location

My tire pressure light came on again a couple days after having air put in. The techs determined which tire was the issue and removed a nail from it. They patched it up and did balancing all free of charge even though I had no service history with them. They informed me of the tread depth of my tires and gave me tire price info without any sales pressure. Everyone there was so nice and I am extremely grateful for the easy experience. I've been coming here for a number of years now. Recently I purchased 2 sets of tires, but one of the techs accidentally damaged 2 of my wheels on my new truck - I was pretty bent out of shape about it. The store manager far exceeded my expectations by taking responsibility and making it right. He really did more than he had to. This is one review for one visit and not my overall experience. I buy ALL my tires here w/o exception. Drove into town from the border for a doctors appointment. Called ahead and was told that we had more than enough time for service. Confirmed it on arrival. Twenty minutes before I wouldn't be late my car had not made it inside. Told them. Was assured they'd be on time. They weren't. I paid both ways for an Uber. Ugh!

The guys definitely need a bit more training. Noah was super nice and willing to jump in and make stuff happen. Kenny clearly lacked knowledge of my particular car, a 1994 Subaru Legacy. He did a good job on the Alignment, but I had to go back and get the wheel straightened out. Overall, the staff are very nice, but definitely lacking experience in some areas
