Darby and Ty turned a bad experience into a great one. My regular mechanic couldn’t be bothered with me so I drove to Honda out of desperation because I knew there was something wrong with my car. Although I had no appointment and the dealership was busy, they took the time to help me and get my car in for repair. I really appreciated the care they provided and I will be forever grateful to them.

There are not enough stars for the exceptional service the team at Bellingham Honda provides. I purchased my second car from here and will continue every purchase moving forward from this dealer. The service team is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Cat in service is 100/10 she really goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is cared for. We had a pretty big issue come up with our engine..the team at Honda helped us navigate the warranty we purchased with them at time of purchase and saved us over $10k in repairs. Truly the best in the northwest.

Great experience, especially with Trent's genuinely kind, patient assistance: I went in for an oil change, but he also helped me resolve problems (my phone and dash screen not sync-ing, and a keyless-access issue), and also fit in a car-wash. I will definitely return and recommend you to others!

So I came in the morning knowing they will be busy. I told the lady in the front desk I needed 30k miles service on my car because I am shipping my car on the ferry the next day to Alaska. She was so kind to squeeze me in the schedule and got it done before the time she promise me. I believe her name was Cat. Thank you very much for that day. I appreciate it very much. I had an exceptional experience taking my vehicle to Honda of Bellingham. I had MONTHS of power issues and finally decided to bite the bullet and take it somewhere. The service department members I spoke with were kind, informed, and approachable. As a former Service advisor I am very pleased with the high quality level of service and the care that the team took with my vehicle! I was able to set an appointment online with ease. I called after to confirm since I had never been here before, and Brittney was very kind and explained the process to me with patience, after my arrival I was promptly escorted to the shuttle van and got a ride with Wally to work. (Who was a blast to chat with by the way) they even picked me up after as well. And as for the pricing, it was half the cost of what I had been paying and I got a free car wash, I loved being able to immerse myself in the full customer experience and receiving the same level of service I provide to others on a daily basis. The multi point inspection came right to my phone as well which was also a huge plus. Will ABSOLUTELY be returning for service and may even purchase a vehicle here in the future as well when I am in the market. Thank you Honda of Bellingham!!!!!!!

He reviewed with me the notes I had sent with my online service request and he summarized his service plan and asked if there were any other concerns or questions. Had a pretty bad experience at a different Honda dealer that was making me wish I hadn't bought a Honda. I went to the bham one for service now twice and it has been way better. They are kinda and easy going. I believe the advisor I've had is Cat, and she is wonderful. They know what they're talking about. Service was done in a timely manner. Shuttle was available and was prompt at pick up. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I have received this far.

I really enjoyed my experience at this dealership. I scheduled an appointment for some recall maintenance. They had my car ready on time via their estimates and communication was great. This dealership actually answers their text messages whereas others nearby don't always. I very rarely take my car for service to a dealership due to higher costs and bad rep, but this place definitely deserves 5 stars. Everything from calling for a quote, scheduling, getting a loaner vehicle that would accommodate our 3 car seats, to dropping off and picking up was a breeze and top notch customer service. These guys truly went above and beyond. Surprisingly their quote for the timing belt job was half of what Honda of Kirkland quoted me, plus they accept the Costco discount. Overall I was very satisfied with their service and would not hesitate to come back in the future.

The people were friendly but I had a pretty bad time with this service center overall. My alternator died in my 2017 accord and I was quoted $1600 for replacement and installation. They didn’t have an OEM alternator on hand so this was for an aftermarket alternator. Over $800 for an aftermarket part that goes for $450 and quoted 3 hours of shop time for a job that would take them maybe an hour or 2 at the most to complete. They also charged me $180 for the voltage regulator (I agreed to this) which I later found is a $85 OEM part. I declined the alternator service and still paid over $400 (diagnostic fee + regulator). They didn’t even have the courtesy to charge my battery up. I had to walk to an Oreilys to buy a new car battery so I could drive to a new shop. Picked up an aftermarket alternator locally for $450, and had a local mechanic install it for $180. (And it took the guy one hour because it’s a drop in part… not 3 hours like they quoted me at Honda). So I got this job done for HALF the price they had quoted me including a brand new car battery. I know dealerships charge more for service and there’s quality standards attached but frankly would never consider having my car worked on here again. $1600 for an aftermarket alternator is outrageous. And they just left my car battery dead in their lot when I declined service. Bad time.
