Perfect combination of online and in-store experience! I found the specific tires I wanted for my Chevy Volt on the Les Schwab website (Continental PureContact). I called the local shop, and although the tires weren't in stock, the person I talked to said they could have them in two days. I made an appointment, showed up, the tires were there, I had free coffee and popcorn (it was good!) while I waited, used the free guest wifi, and I paid the expected amount. I'm completely satisfied, and happy to have found a tire shop I can recommend!

Employee on the phone gave assurance there was a tire for my car available and even said he put one aside but when I came for my appointment 3 days later that was not true and they tried to sell me a tire worth over a 1000 dollars. I incurred loss of time, money and faith in the way you doing business.

The lady helping me was nice, however, I told them I was willing to replace my tire if need be, they told me they fixed it. Two hours later my tire is flat and I'm screwed. They weren't open on Sunday either, so I had to wait an entire day to deal with things because the only other place open and close by is Firestone. They did not have my tire size. So, 50/50 odds on this place I guess. I am disappointed and wish they just upsold me and replaced my tire because I was on the freeway when it flattened. I could have gotten into an accident! And thankfully they do "repairs" for free, but i definitely am not coming back. How could you send someone out like that?! Amazing experience! My daughter had a tire fall off right outside the shop. The team came out and helped get her tire back on and into the shop. They were able to fix everything and at a very reasonable price. We were over 2000 miles away and they made us feel very comfortable with the work. They went above and beyond at every step!

Slipped in to get a flat tire fixed. They checked my tire pressure, fixed a flat, and looked at my brake pads. The sitting area was tidy, service quick, and plenty of parking space. Took about an hour for them to do all that after I walked in, time I spent at the coffeeshop across the street and Kulshan brewery. Once that was all said and done, the gentleman at the front desk went over all the options with me- quotes for tires, brakes, and struts. I brought up a few things I wanted to consider and the staff member discussed them with me. Walked out without paying a dime, a solid diagnosis of the issues I went in for, and quotes for all of them. Will definitely come again.

Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, as they are at most LS stores. However, the charge for the tire itself is outrageous. Had we been able to move our car to another place, such as the dealer or Costco, we would have and could have saved $200. Not very competitive imho. Lesson learned.

Arrived 20 minutes early and were able to see take my 02 ford ranger back for an alignment immediately. Turns out after suspension work was done on the truck, the alignment was still good, so after 10 minutes I had keys back in my hands and they didnt charge me a thing. I appreciate their quick work and honesty in the transaction!

Me and my friend, driving down from Vancouver, Canada, after a round of golf , found one of our tires was punched. And make sure we can be safe to get home , we found this tire store to get the punched tire fix. And it is getting very close to this store’s closing time. And the staffs at the store are very friendly, help us to locate the wheel locking nuts, which we have no idea where it is in our vehicle. After a successful tire repair, it has way past their store closing time, and most amazing thing and never in my life I could imagine, the store manager told us, they don’t charge for fixing punched tires. What a great service they provide, deserve our greatest appreciation and fully recommend their business!👍👍👍👏👏👏

Staff are nice and professional, but I just can't recommend this business. My appointment for installation of four new tires and an alignment check had an estimated completion time of 9:30am, but wasn't ready until 11:30. At checkout, I discovered the wrong tires had been installed and needed to be switched to the correct ones. The service was finally completed at 12:45pm - three hours past the estimated completion time. This experience may have been a random fluke but I just can't recommend going back for service at this location.

Everything about my experience at Les Schwab was great! I was warmly greeted by a very nice female mechanic (didn’t catch her name). I originally brought my car in to check the shocks. Daniel did a free assessment and could not see anything wrong with the shocks, but did suggest I might need new tires and possibly an alignment. He gave me a quote for three different models/price points, made his recommendation for EV tires since they are so quiet and get better mileage. He didn’t pressure me at all. The next day I came back and spoke with Mike who showed me the two tires I was considering. I ended up buying EV tires and needing an alignment, which was done by Christian. I really trust the employees at the James Street location. They were great communicators, answering all my questions. I really felt like their customer service was top-notch.

I called to make an appointment for a four wheel alignment on a Restomod with four link and coil over suspension. Mike, the service manager informed me that would like to perform the alignment and set up an appointment. I showed up early and was warmly greeted by Mike and they took the car back to perform the task. I was treated with respect and the car was handled like it was theirs. The service was second to none and performed with care , deligence and technical expertise. Mike is a caring and knowledgeable manager that treates his customes with respect. He is an asset to the company and delivers the customer service that Les Schwab is know for. I HIGHLY recommend this establisment.
