I left my truck for annual DOT inspection around 9 in the morning and they said it will be done by the end of the day. Never trust people. They did not and I have to spend money for the motel room beside loosing money sitting not rolling.

Had a very poor experience here. They tripled their estimate without telling me. And then incorrectly charged the bill to the card multiple times. Instead of 1,200.00 dollars I was out over 8,000.00 for over a week. Telling me it wasn't their problem and that I would get my refund when the banks got around to it. Zero effort from anyone there to make it right. Not happy with the service at all.

I do not easily hand out business kudos. Takes years to learn organizations and their staff. I've been doing business here for many years and could not be more satisfied. Have their been mistakes? Of course - no one is perfect. Know this though, they back their work and will treat you fairly. I no longer ask "how much" before I begin a project - I just drop it and ask it to be repaired. Even major projects. My fourth or fifth motor overhaul in there now. I trust their engine boys. Google needs more stars.

Excellent! I was on a road trip with my medium duty RV and noticed a tire wearing badly on the steer axle. Bruce and his team were able to fit me in without waiting and fix a bad alignment issue in under an hour. They were very considerate and got my family of 7 back on the road without pain! Thanks!
