Car wash $1.75 instead of $2.00 I assumed it was cheaper because of the lack of upkeep and the smell but it's just a scam lol. Only gives you 2 min and then you have to put in a quarter for every 20 seconds took almost $10 just for quick soap spray and rinse. Didn't have time to do a full wash like normal. Do not recommend. Waste of money.

Went 9/19/23 to High Roller Car Wash. Was Express day for$4 put in $5. Didn't get change, machine dispensed a ticket stating that I had overpayment of $1 and to call service #. It's busy all the time That has happened 2 times lately. The receipt didn't have phone #, looked #up and it's busy. Can't even leave message.

The place is a dump, stay away! Tried two stalls. I used my credit card and the readers actually work. I don’t think it’s a coincidence those are the only thing that work well. First stall I tried the hose was so dry-rotted below the handle it sprayed water all over out of the hose. Wouldn’t allow me to cancel, 10 seconds after swiping my card. Went to the next stall, zero pressure, won’t take the heavy dirt and grime off. Called the number posted on the wall to get a refund on the charge for the stall with the blown out hose. The number is disconnected.

Bad service second time giv them a try put money in and equipment not operating correctly and time goes extremely fast and put quarters in and it ate money and the hose was broken do not trust at all.

The triple shine hose is busted in the stall closest to the Money changer. I usually have a good experience using the self service stalls. Great place for a wash in the cold season due to them having hot water.

Don't wash here. I purchased the $10 High Roller automatic wash. I immediately had to pull into a stall and use the brush on my car to see how much it DIDNT even get off. It didn't wash it at all.. see picture.. you can see where I used the brush..

Absolute dump. Nothing works correctly, change machine, vacuum, spray wands, filthy bays with no attendant. No one answers the phone…. Complete waste of time and money.

All of the water and soap comes out of the handle of the pressure washer and not the end where it’s supposed to. The vacuums will take your money and never turn on and when you find one that “works” it doesn’t have any suction. I would highly advise going to any other car wash unless you just want to end up soaked and waste money. I would give 0 stars if that were an option.

I’m owed $6.00. First decided I would use a bay that already had wet concrete. Someone must have used it. Mistake. 2nd. Put $2 in quarters. Turned selection knob. Nothing. 3rd mistake. Decided to use debit card. Started but never any hot water or soap. And then brush didn’t work at all. I could have used my own hose and faucet at home. But I’m not going waste my breath waiting for a my money, much less any type of response from management.

Two times and in two different stalls I paid to wash my car and no soap would come out. Conveniently the phone number listed online doesn't work and the website doesn't either. So I have no clue how to get my money back because there seems to be nobody at the actual car wash in attendance.

This car wash is an embarrassment. Takes your money and doesn't deliver your selected product. Perfect slum-lord scenario. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Save your hard earned dollars and go somewhere else or do it yourself. Whoever owns this place needs to get out of the business if they can't deliver the product consumers pay for. Ripp-off at High Roller carwash.

Their definition of “high pressure” is other car wash’s initial turn on pressure. I used bay #1 and I couldn’t get the dirt and road grime off due to the pressure. Once I called it quits the roof panel started leaking a steady stream of soapy water onto my car roof…… I called the number posted in the bay and then the one listed on here but both were no longer active numbers.

The equipment needs to be serviced. The water pressure is low, the vacuum suction is low and the alert sound on the wash does not work.

I should have known when the first vacuum just ate my money to go somewhere else, but I tried another one. It came on, but it was the worst vacuum I've ever attempted to use. It had absolutely no suction. Definitely just wasted $1.50 and my time.

Don’t waste your money here. I paid $5 to get the machine started and was only able to wash half of my truck before the water shut off. No water pressure change even after depressing the washer handle. It didn’t even spray any soap. So sad. Hope whoever buys this car wash fixes all of its problems. Good luck to whoever that is!

Owner should invest in getting everything working properly. Swiped my card and started to rinse my car off. When I went to change it to the soap setting it ended the wash. Charging me the minimum of $5 while I didnt use $5 worth of time. Dont waste your time or money at this place
