★★★★★ I had a great experience getting my car serviced here. The customer service was excellent and the staff was very professional and helpful. They made sure to keep me informed and handled everything efficiently. My car is running great now and I truly appreciate the care they took. One thing to note is that the owner rents spaces to people so I had to specifically ask for the owner, Mr. Daye, to assist me. Once I spoke with him, everything went smoothly and he was very helpful and professional. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this shop to friends and family looking for reliable service. 🚗

★☆☆☆☆ Scam Alert, they scam their customers & ask for more money. They did work on my car and then messed it up & said pay more. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. They took my car to New Hampshire for fun & broke my windshield wipers. They paid me gas money once I told them I’m reported them & paid for new windshield wipers. Bad business!

★☆☆☆☆ Terrible experience — stay far away from this auto shop. They kept my car for almost three months and still didn’t fix it. During that time, they repeatedly asked me for more money without ever completing the work I had already paid for. While the car was supposedly in their possession, I received a $120 parking ticket because they left it out on the street. That alone shows how careless and irresponsible they are. When I finally picked up my car, I discovered that items from my trunk had been stolen. And to make matters worse, the car overheated the same day, forcing me to call AAA. I later learned they never even installed the radiator I had purchased for the repair. In addition, I had to take my car to a trustworthy body shop, and they informed me that I now need to buy even more parts because of the poor and incomplete work done by this place. This shop is unprofessional, dishonest, and completely untrustworthy. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
