Took my car to have a problem fixed told mechanic what codes were pulled. First time took 2 weeks got car back dirty muddy foot prints on carpet gas ran out. And greasy finger print on the interior. Receipt to a restaurant inside. They stated drove it to make sure problem was fixed. Ignition lock changed. Wouldn’t start. Took back was charged $300 more to supposedly change distributor and a problem he created plus crossed wires and had to disconnect the horn as it kept going off. When got car back again had 14 gallons when it was towed in 3 when returned to me. Running rough.

5 stars best auto service shop I've ever been to. Honest prices, excellent work, if I didn't know better I think he actually cares about safety and reliability on our roadways. Recommend this place to anyone who has a hard time trusting those other lousy shops. Great quality work and honest prices. Don't get suckered by those other high prices places.

5 star service! We were staying in the Spokane Valley for a couple of days and ran into some alternator issues the last night we were in town. I called Hilderbrand Auto the next morning, too late that evening, and spoke to Joe. I explained our situation and he said he would be able take a look. We had the car towed to his shop, thanks AMA, and he looked at it right away. He mentioned he needed to get an alternator brought in so it would take a couple of hours. Knowing I had no vehicle and the hotel was close, he offered to drop me off and once the work was complete he picked me up. We were back on the road that morning for the 8 hour drive to Alberta Canada. Our car made the trip with no issues and has been running great since. Thanks Hilderbrand Auto for the awesome service experience!

Had some grinding noise on my vehicle and took it in on Saturday morning. Thank you for being open on a Saturday!!!! Got it in immediately. They saw I was missing 2 bolts and replaced them. Kindly explained the grinding noise were my studs when I turn the wheel. Didn't make me feel like an idiot. Very impressed with knowledge and kindness. The only place I will go for my automotive needs. I’ve been going there for years for all my automotive issues. They have always fixed the problem right the first time and prices are always reasonable. My vehicles have always been done within an acceptable amount of time. I’ve never had to wait more than a few days for something to be fixed, and it’s usually something serious, (I have a ford 😅). When I have no other options for transportation they usually have the option for a loaner vehicle. Staff is incredible and courteous every time. They have changed tires for winter, fixed nail holes, engine problems, timing chain, suspension issues, alignment, air conditioner charging, and even the occasional oil change. They do it all. Seriously, check em out.

Fast service with a guarantee that'll last the entire lifetime of your rig. I thought I needed a master cylinder for my breaks and they checked and it only needed to be blead, saved me money and time. And the hospitality from the guys is unmatched.
