Highly disappointed. I always bring my car here . They never have loaners and claim u have to schedule 2 weeks in advance which is not specified when you make an appointment online . They offered me to come back in 2 weeks just to get a loaner when I was already at the dealership. This makes me want to trade my car in to somewhere else that appreciates their customers.

Mo was supposed to be my service advisor. I had an appointment at 11am. I dropped my car off at 10am. At 3pm I text the number that Said I can recieve information about the status of my car from, he never responded I text again at 4:30 again no response . I called and was told my car still wasn't ready. But I could come get a loaner car.. How does an oil change take all day??? I recieved a text at 5:45 stating my car was ready. They close at 6pm.. How am I supposed to be there before they close to get my vehicle? Was not the experience I expected! When I went the next day to get my vehicle I asked Mo why he never communicated with me all day, he said he did text me??? I showed him my phone with the messages I sent and with the no reponse. I then asked him to show me the text messages from his side where he responded.. he just looked at me and said your car is ready..How am I supposed to build trust in a dealership if they take 24 hours for an oil change and then lie about communication? They said I needed a new battery but I'm very leary about getting one from them after this experience..

I had an appointment at 11:15. I dropped my car off at 10:45. At 4:00, I had to contact the service department just to get an update on my car. My car was ready after 6:00. The lack of respect of the time of people who don’t wait at the dealership is ridiculous. In no world should it take 7 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation if an appointment has been scheduled.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I brought my vehicle in for a shifter module issue, and was told a penny was the cause—so the repair wasn’t covered under warranty. No penny was ever shown in the 360 inspection video. The issue returned, and it turned out to be a wiring fault, which was covered. That means I paid out of pocket for something that should have been handled under warranty from the start. My car had to go back twice, communication was terrible, trim around shifter was damaged during the first repair, and I was promised a refund by the service manager. After weeks of follow-up and being ignored, I was finally told the refund couldn’t be done. This whole experience has been unprofessional and frustrating. I will not be returning and will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

I am also extremely disappointed with this dealer service center. We bought brand new VW Tiguan from them back in July and went for first service for simple oil change but who knew they didn’t even do the job properly. As you can see the attached pic the oil level is low and service date was on 11/2025. I don’t recommend anyone going to this, especially if they can’t even do a simple oil change on brand new vehicle.
