Would not let me speak kept cutting me off. Would start to explain something to me that was irrelevant to the conversation. If he would let me finish a sentence he would have understood that. Had him mansplain things that I already knew, just to tell me he couldnt do it. To say bad customer service is an understatement.

I have not been to Hoangs Auto before, but this man has earned my business for the entirety of my stay in Vermont. I am in the market for a used car, and I called Hoangs to schedule an inspection of a car I was interested in. This man took time out of his very busy day to help educate me on this process in a professional manner. I have never bought a car myself, and am in the state of welcoming all kinds of help. He convinced me NOT to schedule the inspection, forfeiting the money, because he believed the car I was looking at was not a good deal. Who does that? A good person. He asked for details about where I was buying it from, and upon his realization that I was headed towards a bad deal, let me know in a kind manner. If you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic, look no further. He had no reason to tell me this and not take my money, other than the goodness of his heart. Hoang has my business from here on out, simply because of this gesture.

I go here for everything. The mechanics are very nice and prioritize my repair when they know I am sitting and waiting (not just dropping off the car on my way to somewhere else). The mechanics also explain every repair in detail so I can take better care of my car

I drove up to Burlington from Virginia for a week and had car trouble on the way. I was able to find another shop to look at the car, but they did not have time to fix it before I headed back. On my walk to get the car, I passed by Hoang's and thought I would just stop in and ask his opinion. The gentleman I spoke with stopped what he was doing and answered my questions about the issue. He said to bring the car by once I had it from the other shop and he would look at it. After I retrieved the car, I pulled it up to his shop. He popped the hood, looked around, answered questions, and provided his advice. He would not take any money for it. Really nice guy. Very thoughtful and compassionate. I would take my car here if I lived in town.

I brought my car here for an unexpected service while in town for business and I couldn't be happier and more thankful for Hoang's Auto Repair. Both of my front wheel bearings went bad while in town and after calling about a dozen local shops in the area, this place was the only repair shop able and willing to get me back on the road. Every place I called was booked for 2 to 4 weeks out but Hoang Auto was able to squeeze me in immediately. I highly recommend this shop for any vehicle service needs you have.
