Dolan's is Burlington's secret when it come to car repair, car knowledge, and sales. They have the fairest prices in town, are 100% straight shooters, and sell used cars they fix themselves. I bought my daughter's car from them and it was a great purchase. They also saved me thousands when we almost bought a car from another local, large dealer that turned out to be a disaster. Be smart and bring your car here.

During my years in college I always went to them whenever I was in the area. They have friendly and fast service. I never felt that I was gyp because they always showed me the parts after they were done servicing my car. As a broke college student they were willing to help me find a price that was affordable. I always recommend this garage to anyone who’s in the area. They are a busy garage so it’s best to call ahead of time.

These guys are absolutely the best. They have fixed problems on my car that have "stumped" others. Every time I drop my car off before hours, they always call me within 15-20 minutes of opening with the solution for my car and the price to fix it, which is always cheaper than others have quoted me (ex: 150 vs 113 for a battery, 150 vs 50 to change out my winter tires). These guys are professional and don't take advantage of you. I would highly highly HIGHLY suggest them. It's well worth waiting out the weekend until they open on Monday.

Dolan's Auto is the epitome of how every company should be! They take the time to listen to their customer's concerns. They work with you to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. They are honest and hardworking! But it doesn't stop there, they make sure to go above and beyond not because they feel the need to but because they want to. I can't say enough great things about the service I have received from this place. I have been here 3-4 times now. Last week I brought my car in because my wheels were making terrible noises. Turns out the rear pads and rotors needed to be replaced. I informed them they replaced them just over a year ago. So they provided me with new rear breaks at no cost! (The materials and labor under warranty). I was soo relieved and grateful for them to offer this! It doesn't stop there though... They noticed I was due for an inspection, without hesitation they provided my car with the service. It was such a relief since it now saved me from making another appointment. For as long as I am living in this area, Dolan's Auto will continue to be my go-to car mechanic......and they should be yours too!

The guys at Dolan's are lifesavers. They are reasonably priced and I've never had to bring a car back after a repair. They've helped me out a number of times in ways that went beyond normal service - replacing a friend's headlight for the cost of parts only, giving advice over the phone for a tire pressure issue, and lending me a boost pack/putting their work on pause to replace my battery when it died one afternoon. I've never suspected they were trying to up-sell me on anything. I wish their windows for routine service were a little more precise, but whenever I've asked them if they can have it done by a certain time, they do it if they can. I'll keep using them as long as I live in the area.

As long as I live in Burlington I will NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Came in because someone had suggested my brake pads and rotors needed to be changed and also my engine had been overheating. These guys called me up after doing a thorough inspection of the car to tell me that my brake pads didn’t need replacing and that my engine just had a problem with the heat indicator. Honest lovely guys. My car works great- they replaced the coolant and saved me $1000. Highly recommend!

Very professional and incredibly timely. New to the area and wasn't sure where to go to get my car fixed and saw Dolan's had 5 stars and FOR GOOD REASON. The guys are great and called before they did anything and saved me money on a repair even though it made them less money. Will be going there for any car troubles I have going forward! I didn’t have my vehicle repaired here but I feel compelled to share my experience. I brought my car in for something that would be an expensive fix. They had done the job before for another customer and knew it was tough, especially finding the part. Dolan’s said they would do the fix if I found the part but it wasn’t really their specialty and last time had been a much bigger process than they were able to handle (They are a smaller, family owned shop so understandable). They recommended another shop in town who does the type of work I needed more regularly and might have a better chance at getting parts quick. The shop they recommended was excellent and fair and I’m really appreciative for Dolan’s pointing me their way. For other repairs I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my vehicles back to Dolan’s because of both the positive reviews on their workmanship and the attitude I experienced in the shop. While I was waiting in the office I overheard their service writer on the phone with a customer whose car didn’t pass inspection. It was evident the customer didn’t want to spend a lot of money and the service writer was very helpful in suggesting cheap parts sourcing and repairs the customer could do at home to reduce costs. Obviously businesses exist to make money but it’s evident Dolan’s is also committed to helping their customers.
