I called today on 09/17 to schedule a Dianostic, they returned my call a lot sooner than I was expecting. My schedule was everywhere due to work and they worked with me to fit me in the same day I called. My situation was urgent as my Oil pressure light came on. Thankfully, the mechanic evaluated, explained, and resolved my issue all in the span of 10 minutes. (I was negligent with my vehicle🤣) best part he listened and answered all my concerns with no charge in the end because again I was negligent with my vehicle and it was a minor resolution. 10/10 would recommend this shop to any honda owners I know!

This shop is an absolute gem. Look no further if you own a Honda. Just had my clutch replaced, they also identified an engine mount issue causing the vibration in my car I had felt. Got the car back and it is smooth as BUTTER. Like a brand new car again at 150k miles. I also had a bulb on the way out for my right turn signal, triggering the rapid signal thing when you flip the signal on, which I 100% didn't expect them to fix, as I never brought it up even, but, I got the car back, and that's also resolved, no charge, no mention of it, they just did it. It's the little things, their attention to detail, and they just GENUINELY care and are there to help you get back on the road for a 100% fair price. Thank you everyone at Honman! You all are LEGENDS.

The ONLY place for Honda servicing and repair. Ok it’s way past time for me to leave my review of the Hon-Man; have been coming here since I bought my 2006 Accord new. Have over 219k miles on it now and I’m still in love with my beautiful car, the Hon-Man is one very large part of this. I’ve had to have very little work done to this car compared to how many miles are on it but every single experience with Tait’s shop has been superlative. Most recently I had front & rear struts & compliance bushings replaced. It feels like a new car ride again. Very very pleased with the work, results, and the price. As always! All of the 5-star reviews of this business are 1000% accurate. My husband and I are constantly bemoaning the fact that there isn’t a shop for our Ford diesel that can compare with the Hon-Man for our Honda…. even if I ever wanted to buy a different make of vehicle I’d have to stay with Honda bc I’d never want to have to use a different mechanic… luckily for me this car is good for many, many more miles and years! From the professionalism, to the competence, the prices, even down to the location, customer waiting areas, and faithful mascot (Amy pup, haven’t seen you for awhile, you must be home with the fam), this business is hands-down the most honest and best I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Exceptional service! I had them fix my daughter in law’s AC and had a full inspection. They printed a report and went over all the findings with photos. They explain complex issues very well. 5 stars for the Hon-Man! Very competent shop. I've been taking my Civic there for the last couple years. They always take the time to diagnose the problems properly, always willing to explain how they arrived at the diagnosis and answer all my questions. I'm a pretty advanced home mechanic so I'd consider myself a difficult customer for many shops. But when it comes time to service my car... For most inexpensive things I'll just take it there because they make it easy and most importantly painless. Prices are reasonable too. I had a long running issue (several issues actually) with the AC and they managed to fix that without shotgunning parts at it. Plus as a bonus if you're a Honda head they always have something cool parked in the yard to ogle.

I have entrusted him and his company (formerly Tempe Honda, Right Honda, and now Hon Man) with four Acuras over the past decade. Without hesitation, I can say he is the best service advisor I have encountered in my 39 years working with dealer service departments and local automotive repair shops. I highly recommend him for his honest advice regarding your vehicles. He will never try to sell you unnecessary services, unlike many other service advisors.

Very enjoyable service. Great communication over the weekend via email even though they were closed. Diagnosed and fixed my Acura TSX clutch problem and performed my maintenance at a good price. Also no issues with trying to be upsold on a variety of svcs like they do at dealerships. Would deduct half a star for the person checking me out for not calling out I will likely need to do brake maintenance before too long per the inspection sheet the mailed me.

AMAZING! The door latch to my 18 year old Accord failed and I was unable to open it. They were able to access the door latch assembly without destroying the inside door panel (pure magic), removed and replaced the latch assembly in record time, and were extremely reasonable in their price. Great communication, superb customer service and a fair price are all winners with me. I will bring all of my Honda issues here from now on! Can I give them a seven-star rating?
