Not very happy with my last experience and think it’s time for me to go elsewhere. I am certain I caught the team here in a lie about services. What remains is there were more issues with my car coming out versus when it came in. Case in point : my brakes were not squeaking at all. I also haven’t been provided any pre inspection reports for my last ten visits. Multiple times I’ve caught the service team in lies about services I don’t need - or had already been done. My last visit was told that a part was broken, and when I asked for the part, magically it was no longer broken. Things like that rub me the wrong way. I had been mulling it over for a couple weeks as to whether I would leave this review or not, ultimately I had to because what I experienced didn’t make sense no matter how many times I replayed the scene in my head. I think it was a slow day, or something else was going on and it caused sloppy dishonest work which was very sad to experience. It was empty the day I came in which I found odd, and maybe should’ve told me something. I’m not writing off the entire Greulich brand, but I will no longer be coming back to this location anytime soon.

I've been going to this Greulichs for a decade now. Used to be a great place to get your car serviced but, as other reviewers have noted as well, it has plummeted in quality in the last year and I recommend going elsewhere now. Last trip in for an oil change my car's check light was on so I asked if that could be checked out. They charged me $200 for a diagnostic, which seemed absurd, and then didn't even do it! Took 6 hours to do a basic oil change and then, when I was told my car was ready, I asked about the engine light and the person on the phone clearly froze, said they'd "check with the tech", and then came back and told me they'd get back to me a day later as they needed to check into some things related to it. Nothing since then. Literally charged me $200 for a basic diagnostic AND THEN DIDN'T EVEN DO THAT MUCH! Absurd.

Went in to have oil changed and all fluids topped off, tires rotated due to having a last minute family emergency trip across country.. was told my 2021 dodge ram 2500 was all set and safe to drive no worries at all.. turns out radiator coolant was low, made it to Arkansas then truck started to over heat, over flow coolant was bone dry. Being left stranded on the side of a busy highway with a 3 year old is not fun at all.. Discount tire also advised me tires need to be rotated... What a shocker to find out this was another service Greulich's was suppose to do and said was done but apparently was not... After several other small mess ups with them I will no longer be bringing them my business. For the amount your charged theres other reassuring, promising, trusting shops to go to. Wilhelms Automotive is my families new mechanic shop.

Very friendly and helpful. Correctly diagnosed my car (I had a mechanic trying to push me to get my engine mounts redone, nope Greuliches found its my lower arms and not my engine mounts. Saved me from a 2k repair that wasnt even needed), good prices, cheaper than repair pal crosscheck, has the Pronto 24 month guarantee on their work so you know its going to be done right the first time or its on them. 10/10 this company just got my buisness for the foreseeable future, I'll tell everyone looking for a mechanic to just go here. Their systems and front end people keep the cars moving in and out. Your getting firstone service for half the cost.

Used to be good. Very disappointing now. Vehicle was brought in with some minor suspension and axle issues. $2400 later, they successfully fixed one issue, failed to fix one, and caused a new issue. Immediately after receiving the vehicle back the engine began sounding different -- clanky, and suddenly there's a burning oil smell every time it parks in the garage. A few days later the low engine oil light is on. Greulich's takes 0 responsibility for the possibility that it could be their fault, even though this is the only place the vehicle was ever brought for oil changes and other repairs, and the issue clearly began immediately after their repairs. If you're gonna pay these high prices, you deserve far better quality than this. This is seriously disappointing.

RUN from Greulich’s Automotive Repair! I went in to have my A/C looked at and while the front desk girl and the two guys working were very friendly, the service itself was FAR from honest. After their inspection, they handed me a piece of paper with an $1,100 quote to fix my A/C, claiming two parts needed to be replaced. Something felt off, so I left to get a second opinion — and THANK GOODNESS I did. Turns out both parts Greulich’s wanted to replace are totally fine. The real issue? My air filter was filthy. That’s it. I replaced it elsewhere for under $30, and my A/C works perfectly now. Greulich’s didn’t even offer to replace the filter — they just tried to push a thousand-dollar repair on me and let me drive away. Mechanics like this should NOT be in business. I will never go back, and I’ll be leaving reviews everywhere I can to help others avoid getting ripped off the way I almost was.
