Came in with a flat tire. Lenny and Crystal were professional and communicated well .The store was clean. Had a great waiting area. They fixed my flat tire, did not try to sell me any new tires. They cleaned the tires and wheels added wiper fluid, reset the error code on the low tire and sent me on my way with a high satisfaction, great experience being female, and sometimes you never know what you’re gonna get at tire shops highly recommend.

I called Krystal late in the day and needed 4 tires to make it to the new job when my other car had transmission problems on the first day of work. She pulled 4 tires from another store and got my other car on the road with an incredible economical price on the tires I needed. I’ll be calling her again soon bit more tires for my other cars shortly. She hit a home run every step of the way. Pepboys wanted double the cost and couldn’t even get the tires for two days. So Krystal really saved my week.

Was having an absolutely awful day. Spent less than two hours waiting for a walk in service- they were open an honest from the jump and let me know my tire may not be patchable. Notified me promptly when they found it wasn’t, provided an estimate for all new tires and still came out at a completely reasonable price including the warranty w/o adding much time to my wait. Will be returning for any further tire related issues.

Purchase 4 tires,with warranty and hazard. In a year needed 2 new tires no longer available to match. Rude customer service with no help from hazard warranty. Purchased 2 from another tire shop. Have a hole in 1 of big o tires, went for a patch to find out its not possible? But could purchase another tire so I would have 3 different tires on truck?. Waste of time,money for warranty that is useless. And customer service is so nonchalant about all of it. I will never go to or allow anyone i know to use big o tire. I will pay extra knowing that I will be treated better. If tires are sold that are no longer available for warranty, that shouldn't be customer to lose money over.

Tires are always expensive in my opinion, so obviously I would’ve liked to spend less. BUT, I got a full set of nice new tires + oil change on my suv for less than 800 after taxes and fees. They had financing options I could’ve used also, which is an added relief to transactions like these. It’s hard to compete with discounts service but Krystal at Big O on Elliot (and the young person working with her at the time) are the reason I’ll come back again. The front desk ladies were so so so nice and considerate! And when I declined their brake pad offer they weren’t weird about it, which I appreciate.

Great service!! I was recommended to come here for a flat tire. Front seat was very friendly. He had the tire specialist look at my tire before continuing with services to assure my tire can be patched. He was also very knowledgeable. I then decided to add an oil change as the prices were very fair. They said it would take about 2-3 hours, and they were done within that time. The waiting area was very open and clean. They also had the front door open with seating outside… it was a beautiful day & glad they offered that too! When I came back once my car was ready , I asked if I could use a coupon for my oil change, which they happily accepted. Overall, very satisfied!

Great service from beginning to end. Friendly and professional staff, clean shop, great experience. Inspected my car, found the situation with by breaks, found that I had a bald tire, got my car fixed up and safely back on the road. Car is running better and I appreciate the care they took! Thanks guys!!! Returned to have my rims replaced with new ones I just bought, they swapped them out and found an issue with my calipers, which they resolved during the swap. Much appreciated! This location will be my go-to for help!
