I was backing out in the busy parking lot when I damaged the rear bumper on my car and brought the car to Master tech !!!! Jeremy took care of me and the car was completely perfectly done with in 48hrs. And gave me a great deal $275.00 and I didn't even went thru my insurance!!! Thanks Master tech :)

I had never had a collision before until a month ago. I didn't know where to begin. I found Master Tech Collision via Yelp because they were within walking distance. I didnt even know what to ask for when I called...Patrisha was awesome got me scheduled for an estimate with Jeremy the next day. Both of them are amazing with their response time (even after hours)!!! They worked around my schedule so I didn't have to pay for a rental too long. My car looks amazing and I was kept updated all through the repair process. They worked with my insurance so I didn't have to deal with that nightmare. If you are ever in the need of a collision expert you have to call them! They are awesome and take unbelievable care of their customers.

Don't use Master tech .they had my truck for 3 months got little work done the truck is still not complete screws are missing the paint job has hairs and other debris in it the work on the engine area is low rate at that, no chalking in places screws missing and shotty work all together . If you call them mark has a excuse for everything they were supposed to order parts they never replaced that's now been a month and a half with no call to update me the customer at all . I will be contacting the better business bureau about this company.Update took back to master tech they did some (fixing) of the final problems. First they tried to wet sand my hood and now it's all scratched the fender flare was put on with chalking. They kept the truck for 6hr and then washed it with the dirtiest towel they could find the there was paint all over my black nerf bars and windows. If at all anything I have my truck ..... if you use this company look over thier work because it may be half done .👎👎👎👎

The customer service here is incredible. They really know how to make you feel really comfortable, and explain things in English. You can not even tell the car has been damaged. I thought I would be able to see where the new paint started, and where it ended. They did a amazing job. No wonder why Enterprise, and Hertz use this body shop to fix all of there cars. Took my car in for insurance repair estimate. They estimated the price then insurance company deemed my car a total loss. Which was okay but when I received my car back items I had in the car were missing. Called them to ask about them and they said they had some items from it they held onto for me. When I picked them up there was a $150-$200 jumpstarter that was not there. The person there put it off on the tow truck driver and progressive ins. Put it back on them while nobody thought to or.even mentioned having it replaced. I personally do not recommend anybody taking their car to Master Tech Collision or getting insured by Progressive Insurance Company. Another sad case of companies not taking accountability for property left in their care. As well as an insurance company that gets paid to insure your property not resolving nor replacing insured property loss

This is the place to get your car looking good. They did an awesome job on my car and the customer service was TOP NOTCH! I am comforted knowing if I get hit again by a crazy driver I have a team like this place to get me back on the road. Now if we can only get rid of dumb drivers AZ would be paradise.

This was the third auto body shop I walked into for a large dent repair on the hood of my car, and the first that gave me a quick estimate on the spot for painless dent repair. The other two shops insisted I needed a new hood and would have to set up an appointment for an estimate on the job. Master Tech scheduled the repair within two days did a beautiful job on the repair. As a bonus, they cleaned up my headlights as well. Super happy with the service and quality of repair!

This place is the absolute best! I did some small damage on my front bumper. They explained to me why it would be better if I did not file a claim with the insurance company. Then they gave me 50% off. It was the best estimate I got, it all cost me under $300! Very thankful for Jeremy for being able to get me a loaner car for 3 days, while they worked on mine. When I got my car back it was detailed so nicely inside and outside! I don't think my car has ever been in such good shape. I will always be taking my car here from now on! I highly recommend this place!

Dropped my car off before I left for vacation. Picked it up in perfect condition upon my return. With the shortage of parts these day I was worried this bumper repair would take months but instead was repaired promptly. Took our truck her to fix up some damage from an accident. From the moment we stepped in the office we were greeted with professionalism & attentiveness. Marc was awesome listening to our concerns since this our first time being in an accident. Fanny was always so pleasant and kind when I called for status updates or concerns from the alerts I was receiving (totally sounded like a crazy lady I'm sure lol). I HIGHLY recommend this shop for any repairs. If we ever need work again we will be bringing it back here.

Jeremy was so phenomenal! He not only gave me a great deal on my deductible, which was $1,000, but he gave me a great deal all the way around. I got in a bad accident and had damage on my front bumper from a hit and run as well, which my insurance was trying to charge a second deductible to fix. Jeremy was able to include the front bumper at no additional charge or deductible. I would 100% use them again, not only for the great job, but the overall great customer service and total experience.

Took my Mazda SUV that was a month old here after I side swiped someone trying to park. My car looks brand new again. They had fast, efficient, reliable service. I would absolutely recommend and use them again. I can’t believe you can’t even tell this happened. The office was very helpful and the work speaks for itself.
