I had an excellent experience with AGD! I worked with Gilbert who scheduled my vehicle tinting at my house. He was very helpful and always returned calls and texts. Billy did an excellent job on our 2 vehicles and I would highly recommend them. I will definitely be using them from now on. The price seemed a little higher then other quotes, however I’ll pay a little higher price for quality work and excellent service! Thank you Gilbert sand Billy!

The most incompetent business that I have come across. Paid on a Sunday for a tech to meet me on the next day (Monday) between 8am-10am to replace my windshield. 10 o’clock arrives and they don’t even call to check and see if the tech showed up. So I called them myself just for them to let me know that the tech wouldn’t show up. The reason for the tech not showing up was that I was too far out. They accepted payment from me though and took down my exact location on Sunday before I paid them. So they accepted payment from me knowing my exact location just to tell me 24 hours later that I was too far out. They said that I would have to drive another 25 miles with a shattered windshield (D.O.T. Violation) to Buckeye, AZ where I would now have to wait between 1pm-4pm to get windshield replaced. They put me on hold for 20 minutes then hung up. I called back and asked to speak with the tech who was replacing my windshield. They said that I would have to arrive in Buckeye, AZ and that he would give me a call within 30 minutes of my arrival. I started to head to Buckeye but stopped because I really wanted to talk with the tech. 20 minutes later they say that there’s no tech in Buckeye and that I would now have to wait til Tuesday to get windshield replaced. I just asked for a refund, which I now have to wait 5 business days to get back into my account. They don’t even deserve the 1 star. Take money first and ask questions later is how they operate. Please save yourself the time, headache, and frustration and go with another company. The other companies were cheaper anyways. Avoid the horrible/terrible choice that I made by choosing this company or you too will be writing a long review and waiting 5 business days for your money. And let’s hope that they do give me my money back, because I have a good feeling that I’m going to have to take legal actions against this company. Hopefully I went through this so that you wouldn’t have to. And after reading this, the same thing happens to you, all I can say is that I told you so.

Two on my first vehicle and my new vehicle...I am very satisfied with my product and replacement! I spoke with Amy yesterday 8/3. I was a bit busy, but she was so accommodating and respectful and so kind. She understood being busy and def went above and beyond with customer service. I created a claim just as she told me and she was able to get David a tech out to my house today to replace my windshield. David was very kind and was quick and professional. So pleased with the service I received today. I called a few other places they took too long requesting my VIN and said they would call back with a quote. By the time they called back AGD had my window replaced. Called AGD had a quote and confirmed an appointment by the end of the call. Saira was great so pleased and such a great help!!!! $50 deposit to secure the appointment. Went to the location and they were so fast! Gilbert was friendly and courteous, got the job done in no time. I was so impressed with the customer service from the appointment to the actual window service. Going back to get tint!! Definitely recommend!!!!!

We had an amazing experience with AGD. From the initial phone call through work completion everyone was helpful, friendly and incredibly responsive. Because they had the supplies in stock, we were able to get the windshield replaced the same day. (My son had a metal rod fly up off the highway and go through his windshield - scary experience, but having such amazing help made a big difference in our day.) Stellar service across the board - cannot recommend this place and these folks enough!

Very Upset with the service here I booked to get my tint on my whole truck on the phone and the secretary told me it could get done I asked her if she was sure it could get done cause I didn't want to waste my time I get here today and they tell me they can't tint the whole truck cause it's not peeling or damaged. I get my windshield done and I ask if I don't like the tint on my windshield can I get it darker young lady says yes but there will be a charge and it will void warranty so 2 misunderstandings is irritating not coming back and will let all my fily know as well not to come here. I have no experience in tint so letting me know all this would of been nice to make a decision before tinting my windshield.

Excellent service! I was in need of a rear door window replacement. I left a message and was contacted by Jen the very next day with great pricing and availability to complete the service. Unfortunately at the time I was calling around to just get quotes because I had zero money. A week later she followed up with me to see if I still needed my replacement. I told her I still needed more time. She then followed up another week later; at which time I pulled the trigger and got my window replaced. There was no hassle or pressure from Jen, but I do appreciate the tenacity to help the customer. None of the other 20 companies I inquired with followed up with me at all; just another reason I went with AGD. They sent out David a mobile tech and replaced in front of my house. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Jen, David, and the AGD team. I will recommend to anyone I find in need of glass replacement.

I unfortunately experienced my first windshield crack and was in search of possible companies I could use through my insurance to get my windshield replaced and tinted. I sent in a request on Sunday to a bunch of companies and received a voicemail and text message from Jen at the S Rural Rd location Monday morning. I was able to get an appointment sent up initially for this upcoming Saturday but was able to get the appointment moved to this past Wednesday at the S Mill Ave location. I was initially told I would be there for about an hour and a half, but was in and out in maybe 45 minutes. I was super nervous about this entire process, but Jen has been super helpful and always friendly anytime I called. I think this company has very affordable pricing and is also a recommended shop by my insurance company, which is always a big plus. My windshield and tint looks great and I will definitely be returning to get other services done!

This is the 3rd vehicle I have brought to AGD. I recently brought my car in for all over tint, and protection for my headlights to prevent future fogging. Unfortunately a few days prior I hit a parking pole. I was so upset about it, and Jason came outside to take a look. While the car was being worked on, he buffed off all the residual paint from the pole I hit. Amazing. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future. Thank you AGD team!

The company I contacted with my insurance company to replace the windshield of my Tesla did not install it properly. After the replacement, the air conditioner did not work. The sensor connected under the windshield was not installed properly, which caused it to malfunction. I spent more time to go to Tesla for repairs before I found out. And during the negotiation, they kept saying to my insurance company that they had never had this situation in previous installations, as if it was my problem? Dear Tesla owners, I really don’t recommend you to come here and ask for trouble. You can see the response they gave below, which is what they kept repeating when I encountered this problem. They said they have repaired hundreds of cars without any problems. It seems that the problem with my car was caused by my mistake. Fortunately, my Tesla was still under warranty at that time, so I took it back and had it fixed.

I've had 5 cars in my life and all of them have had tint work done here!! I can care less about any other company or what anyone else says or thinks, AGD is the only company I will ever go to, PERIOD! I had them do a full limo tint from the back to driver windows, then a windshield replacement through insurance, and added a 35% tint with a 5% sunvisor on my Cherokee and it looks righteous!!!

After Rock & Gravel Trucks had chipped our windshields, that spread in the heat, we searched for reasonable replacement. We were directed to Safelite by our insurance company but we have been happy with past experiences. A good friend told us about AGD. Everything from setting up the appointment to getting the windshield installed was exceptional. The price was hundreds cheaper. I would highly recommend checking them out.

They really don’t know what they’re doing in the office I’ve been working with gleyzie from AGD. And there has been nothing but false positives and false information. They first quoted me for a windshield for my 1973 international pickup under 500 bucks and then then I called back to schedule and they quoted me at 750 bucks and I still gave them the green light to move forward on it and they asked for a deposit so I gave 100 bucks and they canceled it and said there’s no windshields in the country … I called oh parts America they located not one but 3 in just phx out of the 1 out of 7 disturbers in the state of Arizona . Literally took me 10 minutes if that to call and do their job on locating it . And here’s the kicker the glass only cost 240 bucks … save your money they will rip you off and gouge you.
