Bought 3 year "warranty" battery from here less than 2 years ago. Now they won't honor it because they can't find my purchase history. Lesson learned: don't buy anything from here that's supposed to have a warranty. Dishonesty reigns.

Things rarely go smoothly for me, so when my 6mo old battery couldn't even be jumpstarted, I had nightmares of having to pay another $200 for a new one. Another chain store told me it was defective, wouldn't hold a charge, trickle charger shut off automatically during the night, blah blah. Luckily, it was still under warranty, and rather than haggle over whether it was defective or not, Larry checked it for me and simply replaced it free of charge. He rocks and I will definitely return here again for parts and information. Well done!

Anthony, Assistant Manager, was very helpful. He helped me with wiper blades for my Honda. My husband took my car to a large box store and had cheap blades put on my car that didn't work. I called O'Reilly's and spoke to Anthony. He was very helpful. I went down to see him and found him very knowledgeable. He made his suggestion and then put them on my car. He is awesome. The store is clean, the customer service is great, and the prices are reasonable! I came home and told my husband, this is my new store for my car needs!

Great Location! I had a (rare) bad experience at another O'Reilly location where they were not able to find my receipt for a warranty and unwilling to make the effort to do so. Jake cheerfully tracked it down, listened with empathy, and made my entire experience with O'Reilly better. He was able to do so without assuming anything about my previous experience or running down anyone that he was not a party to the conversation to. He just stuck to effective empathetic listening and helped resolve my problem. I passed the compliment on to the manager, Rich today, and found him to be equally empathetic and helpful

If I could leave a zero I would. So I'm in process of replacing my son's rack and pinion. It's a 2006 Dodge magnum wagon. He bought it from a third party. So we were coming in because it had 20" aftermarket rims. We had a metric lug wrench to try and take it off. Not correct size , so we bought a standard . So wanted to go in but didn't same as the metric. 19mm wanted to but didn't and 3/4 was the same way. So headed back the second time and took care this time so we could get someone else point of view because we could just have been dumb . I asked if they could help us to figure it out and nope. Nobody came out to help. At all. So returning the jack stands we just bought because we now need to use the cash to go to a mechanic eventhough it's just issues with getting wheels off. I used to like going there. I feel like nothing will change. Kinda pissed.

Marcos was very friendly and helpful. He put in a lot of time to clean off battery corrosion and replaced my battery. The other staff member was also incredibly friendly upon first entering the store. I signed up for the membership rewards and will definitely be using this location as my go-to for all my car issues because of Marcos!
