I'm so impressed with this shop and their staff! I went in for an oil change using a Groupon and they still took great care of me and my car. They actually completed ALL the services included with the oil change AND did a thorough inspection (unlike other shops). Jennifer did a great job walking me through recommended services, which were broken down by urgency and whether the repair was based on inspection (with pictures for proof) or age/mileage. This is an important distinction because not all of the work that's been done on an old car like mine will show up on a Carfax report. Good Works has definitely earned my trust and future business - thank you!

I got there at 0800 and they were absolutely wonderful I had a lot of issues and they worked through them and kept me updated through the whole process. The office banter was a delight, it’s was also really reasonable price the owner is a wonderful man as well. I was having issues with my card and they worked through it with me and drove me to an atm when they were working on my car. Just an all round great shop and I’ll be returning every block leave!!

Good Works has always gone above and beyond regarding their service. From my initial appointment with them for a simple oil change, where they did an in-depth inspection filled with photos and information regarding their findings. They even took me out to my car and physically showed me their concerns. Their no-pressure attitude to focus on an educational first mindset, where I could take that report and photos anywhere for service as I deemed fit, I knew they had my back. A few weeks later, I brought my car back for some solid maintenance work and to address two leaks previously found. I knew it was going to be an all-day situation with the amount of work required, and they even stayed well after closing to ensure all safety measures were addressed on my car so I could drive home with assurance. I will certainly not go anywhere else; they have me as a customer for as long as I'm in Tempe. Highly recommend!

Don’t waste your time and money . They will charge you so much inspection fee and after a week my aircon con is broken and they are charging me additional $600 as they didn’t see it from the inspection LOL what a joke . There 5 years warranty is a scam . Check their yelp latest reviews. I think their technicians either don’t know what they are doing or they found a new way to scam people . I feel like the other jobs they did if the basic aircon broke in a matter of a week

When you find a professional, reputable, reasonably priced, honest car repair business, who backs up their work, hold onto them. I recently had an excellent experience with Angel at Good Works. I have two older cars, one is a luxury car, that required deep, high mileage maintenance and repair. I am a lifelong car restoration guy so I have a better than average understanding of car repairs and costs. And let's face the facts, inflation and tariffs have driven costs up more than any of us would like. Don't try to compare a reputable, professional shop with what you see for replacement parts on the internet. Angle was thorough in his recommendations, cost considerations, and above all, communication regarding the status and progress of the repairs. One could not hope for a more dedicated, honest representative of Good Works. My wife and I feel like we are now driving new, reliable cars. Thank you Angel.

I’m blown away by how professional this auto shop is. Everything is handled very efficiently and I always leave feeling like my car was well taken care of. They don’t try to up charge you and they do a great job with educating you on things going on with your car. Stopped in for an oil change at Good Works Auto Repair and was really impressed. The staff was super kind from the moment I walked in. They did a full lookover of my car and explained a few maintenance items I should think about to keep it running long-term, but they weren’t pushy at all. They gave me printed estimates so I could review everything myself, which I loved. As a female customer, I felt completely comfortable and taken seriously. Highly recommend.
