Once again, stellar service! I’ve been coming here over 10+ years and bar none, this is the best place in town. I live in Mexico now but I send my daughter here to have maintenance performed on her car. She just had sone rear brake work performed plus an oil change and she comes here by herself. Honest mechanics are hard to find. Autoplex Auto Service is the place to bring your vehicle. Their prices are fair and they take great care of your car. They never try to up sell you or try to sell you something you don't need. I brought my work van to them via tow truck. My alternator went out on me. They fixed my alternator and were able to get my battery replaced under warranty even though I didn't by it from them. Yes, the go that extra mile for you.

Happy to recommend Autoplex Auto Services! Yesterday I heard the dreaded grind when braking...and while I was doing my best to wish it away knowing how busy I was and no time for that, it just got louder 😬 I had a wonderful recommendation for Autoplex Auto Services in Tempe. Dale and Mike were amazing and so helpful. Dale was able to squeeze me in right away! Either day I could get in was jam packed for me, and he was able to help me with a loner car so I could get everything done, and get my car back in the same day! This was above and beyond excellent service. He even shared photos with me of the damage and the repair. That was amazing in itself as no mechanic has ever done that and I appreciated seeing it. With all this said, I highly recommend Dale, Mike and the gang at Autoplex Auto Services 🙌

Dale, the owner, and Mike, one of the lead mechanics, really took the time to help me understand what maintenance my truck needed, especially since I use it for work and hauling. Every time I drop off one of my vehicles for service at Autoplex Auto Service I feel better knowing that it was serviced and inspected by a team of honest mechanics that can be trusted. For example my last visit I asked about the brakes and they informed me that the brake pads still had ½ the original pad thickness and that I am good. Thank you Dale and Mike

When you leave the lot n drive down the road in tears after feeling your 2018 f150 2.7 L twin turbo truck come back to life you are so grateful that god put people like MIKE , Lou and Now Dale the new owner , on this earth. We called Autoplex Auto, and they were able to get my wife and me an appointment within a day for oil changes and routine maintenance. Everything was super professional and more cost-effective than the big-box places we’ve gone to in the past. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up getting two oil changes, and my wife’s battery needed to be replaced as well. They didn’t try to upsell us on anything and only recommended what we actually needed. Highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a local, honest place to get your car serviced at a fair and affordable rate.
