Air filters are about 5 times more than if you bought on your own. Was told they filled tires to 36 psi. They did not inflate tires at all

I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but I feel like I have to this time. I came in simply wanting some clarification about the oil change options. I don’t usually handle this myself — my husband normally takes care of it — so I just asked a question about the type of synthetic oil and mileage options, the way other places have always explained it to me. From the very first moment, the woman who assisted me was unnecessarily rude. She sighed loudly, rolled her eyes, and spoke to me in a condescending tone, as if I was bothering her just for asking. I wasn’t rude to her — I was just trying to understand my options. But she made it very clear that she had no patience and no interest in helping. All of the men working there were polite and respectful, but she, on the other hand, acted visibly annoyed from the moment she opened the window. Her attitude honestly made me decide not to get the service done there, even though I could have. It’s very obvious she dislikes her job. I did not catch her name, but she was tall, with curly dark hair, long decorated nails, and noticeable eyelash extensions. I only mention this to help identify her in case management wishes to address this issue. My decision not to get the oil change there had nothing to do with the product itself, but entirely with the lack of courtesy and professionalism I experienced.

I don’t ever leave bad reviews but I came here after work to get my oil changed. A young man was super kind and helpful and let me take my car in. On the other hand when I went inside I had the complete opposite experience there was a tall, heavy set women, with butterfly tattoos. I tried to use a discount code and she was probably the most obnoxious and rude individual I have ever worked with at a customer service job. I was so appalled and uncomfortable by how rude she was acting that I stopped trying to get my discount code and paid full price. I am only describing her because I hope that management would have a conversation with her and see if she is ok because I genuinely don’t see how you can be that unhappy at a job and continue to work there. Thanks.

Extra pushy on needing an air filter when mine was fine. Then when I asked if the $25 off coupon was better than the military discount he said yes and gave that to me. When I looked at the receipt the military discount was less than $25 off. The assistant manager was who I was doing this transaction with and if he is treating me this way how bad is he treating the naïve customers

Employees seemed nice but tried to upsell me on a lot and even unplugged or tampered with my headlights. I came in for an oil change. No lights or sensors were on before I came there. As i was waiting one of the employees notified me that I had a low headlight and could buy one from them and have it installed. I told her thats weird because before I came in they were working perfectly fine. Ive driven car at night and no sensors or anything notified me of that. Got back in my car and of course I had a sensor light and message saying Low Headlight. So if you want to have your car tampered with this is the place to go. Now i have to pay for a new headlight and labor when mine was perfectly fine before. I would not recommend going here but if you have to take video of dash before service.

A great shout OUT to Donovan at the JIFFY LUBE on Guadalupe rd in tempe . Went in for a oil change car was telling me I need one. Went in and since I've been going there for a year and half Donovan according to his computer I still had 2,300 miles until needed. Honestly was well appreciated. He could have just did the oil change took the money and set me on my way. Thank you DONOVAN for your honesty oh he went ahead a check all the fluids and filled what needed.

Went to a different Jiffy Lube location on Rural road and the tall guy was really rude when asking him questions. Ended up leaving and came to this location on Guadalupe road and I will continue to come here every time! Everyone was so welcoming and nice from the moment we arrived. SAL was very nice and helpful!
