I am very happy with the rapair my car feels better then it has in a long time and everyone i spoke with and delt with is very nice but I am upset that the price i was quoted was different then what I got charged i understand that there were a couple extra parts needed but I never got a call and it was a surprise when i got to the shop and it through off my whole budget.

I had an intermittent issue with my engine overheating and those problems are notoriously difficult to diagnose. Within a day, they were able to find and fix the issue. I've taken all my cars to Louie for at least 5 years and he's always able to resolve anything I bring to him. Thanks Louie!

Drove 24 hours to AZ and had car issues the last 45 minutes of the drive on the weekend. They were very understanding that I was new to the area and starting a job the next day. They were able to get me in and find the problem and I was able to have my car the same day. Even had a discount for service members including nurses! Louie was very kind and understanding.

Louie is so Awesome!! Very informative and a great communicator. Before he begins the work he sends detailed quotes in writing by email and discusses what needs to be fixed now and what could possibly wait till later, depending on your budget. His prices are Very Reasonable compared to the dealers. Saved me Hundreds! He fixed my A/C a few years ago and it is still So Wonderfully COLD!! He is very upfront, honest and exceedingly professional, yet so personable and friendly. I walked into his shop after a year and a half and he immediately recognized my car and knew who I was! He has taken such great care of my 2013 Civic Coupe over the past several years and now that I'm selling I have received 3 very high offers because it's in fantastic mechanical condition, all thanks to Louie! Louie went above and beyond for me. My repair was far from normal as I asked him to install an aftermarket oil cooler and transmission cooler. These sorts of things are known to eat up time because of the unknowns that crop up. Was I charged extra? No way. He also performed an A/C service while I was in there to make sure the car kept me cool in July. It's all the little extras done that really impressed me like making sure the lines were routed properly, adding plastic clips that had fallen off over time, making sure other fluids were topped up.

This is a great mechanics shop. They diagnosed my AC issue no problems and offered a price to fix that was reasonable if not better than most shops if as well qualified. It's also great that so far, they don't cop an attitude when declining services due to personal budget constraints. Thank God the car I declined services for was later totalled in an accident because it was time for it to go.

My son had recommended MYM to fix my check engine light issue. Which resulted in my car failing the state emission test. I had been to several locations prior, over a period of several weeks. Estimates and the issue ranged from a cannister valve replacement to a complete catalytic converter replacement, upwards for several thousands of dollars. Louie took the time to check it thoroughly, and fixed the issue for less than $350. I was then able to pass the emissions test. Great work and very fair price.

My auto AC went out recently during this extra-hot summer. A friend referred me to Louie, at Meet Your Mechanic. He diagnosed my problem the same day and kept my vehicle overnight, while even loaning me a free courtesy vehicle for transportation. In my case, the only repair needed was replacing my AC blower fan, which he did reasonably on the next morning. It is now blowing ice-cold air and I am extremely pleased! He does a variety of other vehicle repairs too, with a lot of experience and certified staff. I was very pleased.with his honesty and service!

Lou is the real deal. I brought my car in with just a vague idea that it was making sounds it shouldn’t have been — nothing obvious, just something felt off.
