I cannot say enough good things about Babbit!! They are extremely knowledgeable, great pricing, and they go above and beyond! One of my tires went completely flat when I had repairs going on (my 328i needed a lot of TLC!) and they took it to Discount Tires and picked it up for me so all I had to was call the tire shop to pay for it. I was also quite impressed by how quickly and affordable the work was done. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs a good mechanic!

Living full-time in an RV with a mini cooper as my tow car I have used many garages and the dealerships across the continent with disappointing results. Grateful I found Babbitt! I have used them several times now and find the service to be beyond exceptional, fair prices and unparalleled integrity. When I first brought my mini in, I was confident I needed a new alternator, $1600 job. After a few hours, they discovered it was a fuse. Saved me a lot of money. Since then, they’ve consistently been awesome. They have three locations and I’ve heard all three are awesome but this is the only one I’ve used so far. Jen, the owner, and the mechanics have proven to be professional, competent, passionate, and it just feels good to drop my car off here. I know she’s in good hands. 🙏🏻

I took my 430i in for the first time recently and they definitely lived up to all the great reviews! It was super easy to schedule an appointment and they got my diagnostic done quickly. The quote I received was a much easier pill to swallow than the one I got from the dealership. One thing I really appreciated is that they were very honest about the priority level of each repair. They suggested I get 2 of my tires replaced before anything else, which they don’t offer at their shop, so that made me feel confident that they weren’t just out to get my money. I got my tires replaced and came back a couple weeks later to get the other 2 issues fixed. They communicated thoroughly and made the process easy. I will be back :)

One of the tension cables that pull the headliner back on my convertible had snapped and the other was badly frayed. I called a number of places and Cam at the N Scottsdale Rd location knew exactly what I was talking about over the phone and able to provide a reasonable estimate over the phone. The team was very professional, really know their stuff when it comes to BMWs and were able to complete the work quickly (2 hours - it would have taken me 5) and under the estimate quoted. I checked the completed repair and the quality of the work is excellent. Couldn’t be happier with my experience!

This place was recommended to me by another mini owner and I'm so glad I found them! Jen Babbitt is so helpful and straightforward. I had gone to the Mini dealership for an oil change and they came back with $1600 worth of "repairs." Babbitt instead recommended only what was needed and told me what I could wait on or skip. Highly recommend, I was so happy with the service that was quick and it was so easy to get an appointment.

WARNING: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOPS. I brought my X3 BMW with a 'transfer case' issue. Gears are grinding the car to a stop. After I paid $1851.34 the car still has the issue. Summary: The service guy, who I will call Mr Know It ALL (Kameron) will not listen to what you have to say. He started to diagnose for $165 out the door, and he also requested the complete payment of $1851.34 before they even started the work, I agreed to half as they started and half at the end. My other mistake, not to test-drive before I paid the second half of the 'made up quote' all false diagnostics-that never fixed the problem at all. This shop diagnostic was that a 'water pump' was needed, a thermostat and expansion cap. Old parts were brought into for show in the lobby, but I never saw the delivery person bring any NEW parts to be installed, I virtually waited all day in their tiny lobby with not even a glass of water offered, after being there until 6pm when they finally deliver the car, to my surprise, after 5min driving while on the 202 West, the car STILL has the same problem. I just wasted $1851.34 that only If I take them to small claims court would I be able to recoup. This folks are complete scammers, do not trust them, do not do business with them EVER again. Folks with this reputation should be incarcerated. I am not kidding with the statement that I am pulling my resources and filing a claim in court. There is an old Chinese proverb, the fool never believes there could be a smarter-person in the room, or a person that knows more, there will always be someone that knows more than you do mister. Humility is accepting that fact, with honor and respect. And stop taking advantage of people at their most sensible phases in life. Now I see why their lobby, was empty ALL DAY, only one person came in to ask for some parts that were delivered in an Amazon type box. They are hurting from lack of business SO BAD, and this is PROOF why.

I had a great experience at Babbit motor works. I had my breaks and rotors replaced on my M440i. Priced better than dealer and other shops. Jennifer was great, she gave me multiple options and explained the differences. They also helped with installing my new exhaust tips! I will never take my BMW anywhere but Babbitt Motor Werks. Jen, Nathan and the entire team have BMW in the blood. They have all the experience and knowledge to handle any situation, but they don’t play games with the customer. They don’t try and constantly up-sell you on things you don’t need. And their prices are reasonable and fair. Owning a BMW can be intimidating, but Babbitt Motor Werks makes it a stress free situation.

This location was a great idea and location to help us help our love one who’s there as a student in college. I believed; based on previous experiences at our CA use of BMW dealership, this was not over elaborate pricing but reasonable. The auto service was a 2017 where the dash detected coolant was low & suggested air or repair. Unfortunately it had a leak at the point where the clamp connection an engine to the hose so it needed to be a maintained, found a oil leak but wasn’t vital and even check the battery upon additional request just for our loved one since it was there for more peace of mind! The Babbit shop added coolant ; worked with our loved one schedule and completed the work in one day allowing a smooth transition for everyone. Great job and a happier loved one. A big thanks to Jen and Kameron. They even wash the car as a nice gesture. I would recommend this location over any BMW dealerships service department anytime 😉.
