What a life saver! I truly hate mechanics (except this one). I've never had one that didn't try to charge me for things I didn't really need (I understand barely enough to tell). This guy tells me exactly what I need to know to make the decisions myself and doesn't try to add unnecessary items or surprise me with big charges at the end. I don't live very close, but it's worth the trip (or the tow charge in my case) to know my car is getting done right without getting ripped off. I'm glad I found him!

It was absolutely terrible. My car has been taken in twice. I never got an explanation regarding the problem, never saw an invoice and when he handed me the key he didn't even have the decency to mention any thing about my car instead he just took off and left with a quickness. Never ever again thanks a lot I can't post it unless I rate it but my choice would have really been - 3

I spent over $1700 with this shop that was supposed to repair and replace 2 cylinder heads along with a new water pump. In all I had to have done twice because he put used my old head back on but charged me for new ones. He dropped something while working on it which cause a hole in my piston. He put the old water pump back on but charged me for a new one and used what looks like a whole tube of silicone that another technician had to spend hours cleaning off. After over $1700 and worse when I left his shop. I had to have an HONEST technician replace 2 piston caused by this Majestic mechanic and a real water pump replaced. I wouldn't trust this place to change a tire.

The guy I delt with was friendly and honest. I had it looked at elsewhere and they gave me a insane quote. Took it here for a second opinion. There were parts I didn't need on the estimate. my car works great and I paid less then half of what other shop quoted. It was done the same day I brought it in. Thanks again guys.

Words don't describe but coming from California to AZ I've never experienced the generosity, and the help from other auto places like I've received from Rick and his partner. They were honest and up front and a big help. I had a power steering problem and they fixed it in a timely manner. The price was unbelievable. I Have a ML 320 Benz nothing about Mercedes are cheap lol The price to fix was incredible. Forget going to the dealer go to Majestic Motors!!!

WORST PLACE EVER. Read the other reviews, especially on yahoo... You want to save money by bringing your car to someone else other than the dealer? Well, you get what you deserve. There's a reason that they charge more, because they DO STUFF RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. I will NEVER take my car back to Rick. This ONE MAN BAND, crappy hole in the wall place with no front desk is a joke. If you want or NEED your car back on time or by a certain agreed upon date and time, FORGET IT. Rick will keep your car for days upon days, and even in one case, weeks! He will lose things and then blame you. He will call you screaming because he told you something and you disagreed. Someone will come in "off the street" with a car problem, and then all of a sudden your car got moved to the bottom of the priority list. He'll never give you a price upfront, but tell you that he's an "honest" mechanic. Then, when you get your bill when you come to pick up your car (if it is actually ready when he tells you it will be) he'll say "well, I didn't charge you for xxx, and you're getting a good deal" And don't plan on "waiting around" in a nice waiting room, there isn't one. So when you call your buddies to "drop you off at the mechanic to pick up your car", DON'T LET THEM LEAVE, chances are you car won't be done til tomorrow because something "more important" came up. Seriously, STAY AWAY.

Pretty Solid shop.Ive been bringing my vehicles to Rick for years now and hes the only person other than my self I trust working on my cars.Everything usually gets done on time and for a reasonable price. Some shops you take your car to, they break something and tell you it was already broken than charge you for it.Not here. Rick is a stand up guy in all my time visiting his shop.

I have been using Rick for a few years and I KNOW he is totally honest and it's so easy for a mechanic to be dishonest. I finally realized that I was getting royally screwed by Sun Devil Auto. They wanted to charge me $700 to replace my radiator. I went to Rick instead and it was the upper radiator hose. $94 and back on the road. And he made sure that was the problem. Rick is the MAN!

The owner is a good guy. I have been taking mine and my wife's cars here for years. He is someone with integrity and would rather be honest then lie to you to get paid. Over the years he has given me advice and fixed little problems in 10 seconds and not charged me a dime. A not so honest man would have said drop it off and I'll call you with a lie later, and charges you an arm and a leg. I moved 45 minutes away and would rather drive the distance and know I'm not being lied to. Thank you for everything Rick.
