My car was towed into Honda after breaking down on I75. 3 days later I was still trying to find out what repairs were needed & was still waiting tov be picked up by Honda-Ocala driver for a loaner vehicle. It took 22 calls to get a response & to be picked up. (Originally I thought I called 16 times but my smart phone shows 22 calls). The first info I received was concerning the inflation levels of my tires but my tires had nothing to do with my car breaking down. This was not impressive. Finally they told me what was needed & they waited to submit repairs to my insurance to help me save money. THIS was outstanding service because it took time. They provided a loaner which was DEEPLY appreciated but when I paid the bill they charged me for the loaner. I was told there was no charge for the loaner when I picked it up but they charged me $105 for it. My husband died very recently so my money is extremely limited...and as a 70 yr old the loaner was essential. I bought 4 cars from this dealership...so to request a loaner in such a drastic time in my life should be honored without charges of any type. What began as a very poor start was corrected by their treatment during the insurance phase only to be slapped in the face over this charge which was not supposed to be charged.

Every experience I've had here has not been a good one. Hard sells are a constant practice. Low balling for trade-in's are insulting. Keeping your keys hostage while they beat you down with sales manager after sales manager talking with you. Warranties...don't cover much. Bought a car here and have regretted it since I left the dealership. Unfortunately, I needed a car. Avoid this dealership if you can.

I really enjoy working with Jose Medina. He has been my service advisor every time but once. He always takes time to answer all my questions. Very friendly and assuring of customer needs. My daughter drove here from jacksonville and because of our great experience buying a vehicle at Honda of Ocala , she bought a new car also. While in detail shop we went over to service sept. Ran into Jose he was so great told my daughter if she needs anything to see him. Great place to do business Thank you so much

I took my car in for an oil change, when I received it back the door handle was loose. Never had this issue before dropping my car off. Instead of doing the right thing and taking a look at the damage this Honda service center did to my car, the manager Jason Lebron told me that it was my fault the door handle was loose. Disrespectful.

I recently took my car to a local mechanic in Gainesville for an oil change, and the mechanic there told me my car needed $1,000 worth of routine maintenance. Unfortunately, he also used the wrong oil, causing my car to run terribly. Wanting the job done right, I drove from Gainesville to Honda of Ocala. They quickly resolved the oil issue, providing an oil change for only $31, after taxes and fees, thanks to a special they were running. Additionally, they performed a complimentary inspection and assured me that my car was in perfect shape, with no need for further repairs. My car drove great afterwards and I saved myself $1,000 in unnecessary "routine maintenance." I've always had positive experiences at Honda of Ocala. Their service advisers are exceptionally responsive, always returning calls promptly, which is not something I've experienced at other dealerships. Furthermore, I prefer my car not to go through automatic washes, and while many dealers struggle to accommodate this request, Honda of Ocala has always respected my preference without any issues.

Absolutely the best. We went to have our pilot serviced, and Ricky was wonderful. He was professional and answered all our questions, and kept us updated on the progress. We wanted to know about leasing, and he connected us with Juan. Juan walked us through the process and made sure our questions were answered. Hands down worst customer service!! The girls that answer the phone are less than clueless but quick to make an excuse and apparently Charlie the service supervisor doesn’t think dealing with customers is part of his job. Its been a whole week of trying to schedule an appointment for a recall on a newly purchased vehicle from Honda with absolutely no response from anyone!

I have purchase 2 cars from this dealership was I confident coming back…..wrong!!! First online person I was contacted by wasn’t my rep when I arrived. The car that I had an appt to look at, and she contacted before I drove to Ocala…wasn’t avalible. The sales rep gave me a different price than the online price. Then they show me a car higher priced than the one I wanted to purchase. Super disappointed…they lost my loyalty today! And I still need to buy a car.

If you catch them before noon during the week for regular upkeep/maintenance then you'll be out in about an hour. They serve free breakfast snack with service. The lobby always has a good movie playing and they have a small room just so you can charge electronics while you wait.

Brought my Fit for an oil change. Took only an hour, gave my a comp lunch , removed the warning icons from my dash, recommended future service, however.....the invoice listed that the washer fluid was topped off but it was dry when I tried to wash the bugs of the windshield when I drove to Miami. Went to Publix to buy a gallon. What else did they neglect ? It's a little thing, not a deal breaker. The price for the synthetic offset the inconvenience.
