Took my CRV for an oil change. Service didn’t inform me that they had to put an angle grinder to make a slot on a corroded bolt, that they then REINSTALLED… haha. Parts desk was kind enough to give me a handful of free bolts so I can replace appropriately. That kinda irritated me but it’s minor.

I spent 90 minutes waiting for an oil change and tire rotation, even with an appointment. Then at checkout I got surprised with an $82 bill despite the fact that I have a prepaid factory maintenance package (Hondacare) which covers fluid changes at any Honda dealership nationwide. The advisor explained that they don't honor factory maintenance packages since I didn't purchase the vehicle from Napleton's. I've since contacted both my original dealer and Honda Financial, and they both explained that Napleton's is absolutely contractually bound to honor those agreements so I can only conclude that Napleton's is either lying or incompetent. Additionally, the complimentary car wash somehow left my vehicle filthy with some kind of grime and the tech left a bunch of greasy finger prints on the inside of my windshield when he applied that silly little reminder sticker.
