Honest1 Auto Care in Roseville is an honest garage to have your car repaired. I made an appointment to have a used car inspected prior to purchase. Zack was excellent in performing the pre-purchase inspection, identifying several area of attention that I took back to the dealer for repair. Very pleasant and competent garage. If you want quick service and a competent friendly garage, do not hesitate to take your car to this location. You will not be disappointed

Honest-1 in Roseville, Minnesota is an advantage-taking auto shop that I had to deal with. My car was towed there due to an alternator issue, and they charged me $2,100 for the repair. On top of that, they charged $700 for a new battery. They took advantage of the fact that I had no choice but to leave my car there, since towing it again would have cost even more. It was a one-time repair, and I’m done with them—but be careful if you’re considering going there.

For over 20 years, my family and friends have trusted Honesty 1 auto care. This week, I visited the Roseville location on Lexington, and as always, I was impressed. The tech did excellent work, and the front desk staff was very friendly. What I especially appreciated was their new system of sending text updates with detailed pictures of any issues. The detailed pictures made it easy to understand the issues and make informed decisions about my 200,000-mile vehicle. While the recommendations would have cost more than I felt the car was worth, I never felt any pressure to upsell, which I greatly appreciated. I enjoy the auto care facility and will continue to use and recommend it to others.

Nice employees. Quoted one one price on a u joint replacement. After removal they proceeded it needed a new hub that they couldn't get it back on. Which was 3 yr old hub. Probably needed cleaning of minor rust. Which this vehicle is from the south where it hardly ever shows. They charged for preventative maintenance that is required to install a hub. They qouted me $200. For a ujoint replacement. After they wanted to replace hub which is about 500 they wanted to charge me 1800. They even charged me $300 for a ujoint that cost $40 and yes that was just for the part. To me they overcharge and look at over ways to scam or make more money from small jobs.
