Normally I don't have car work done far from where I live, but I had a mechanical emergency that prevented me from leaving the Roseville area. I looked up a couple different service shops and thought this one looked promising. They got the work done quickly and cheaply. They didn't go around fixing non-existent problems like some other companies will do. A+ for cost . A+ for service. A+ for friendly people.

I'm a Sunday mechanic. Well there was a spark plug wire I worked on for an hour and 1/2, very tight space. Couldn't do it. They got me in fast, did the job right there, used my spark plug, and away I went. Wasn't cheap, but way cheaper than most others. Work on your own car if you want to understand a mechanic's cost. Thank you.

I thought everything was going well until I was told that a separate code had come up after the mechanic test drove my truck. They diagnosed a new transmission. After talking to 4 other people I felt like I needed a second mechanics' opinion and decided to move my truck to the dealership I bought it from. When I went to pick it up from Roseville Auto, the mechanic had CLEARED THE ENGINE CODES. My dealership mechanic was almost as upset as I was and had to spend several days trying to diagnose the issue which never ended up being a new transmission. These guys seemed way too eager to take too much of my money. Would not recommend.

Awesome warm friendly customer service at its best. I went there completely ignorant of cars thinking I needed a new car battery. He looked at my car noticed the symbol in my car just meant I needed to get my tires pumped. I was pleasantly surprised at his honesty when he could have just taken my money. Very good experience even though I didn’t have anything done there.

Honest, fairly priced, locally owned. I cannot stress enough how much our family values Perry, Digger and the crew at Roseville Auto. If you are looking up this review right now debating whether or not to take your car into them, stop debating and call them right now. I have never had repeatedly solid encounters with an auto shop like I have here. This is a wonderful business worth your money.

Digger and his crew take great care of our two Mercedes. Professional and thorough, and super close to home. I used to always go to the dealership for repairs and maintenance, but after a terrible quote I went to Roseville Auto Repair for another opinion. Digger took photos and showed me what was being exaggerated. I will never go back to the dealership unless it's the only option! Thank you for always accommodating us and taking honest care of our cars.

Great, honest mechanic. Saved me a ton compared to the dealership and got my car running quickly and precisely according to their quoted price and schedule. They were friendly, efficient, and easy to work with the whole way through.

We received quotes from another auto shop that seemed a bit high (and when they offered to knock of 20% it seemed like a red flag that pricing might be inflated), so we decided to check prices elsewhere. We saw that Roseville Auto Repair was highly recommended. We called and they offered much more reasonable estimates (that were lower than the quote we got elsewhere, even including the 20% off). We got both our cars in quickly and the repairs were done in a day. Pricing was fair and they explained everything done in detail. Both vehicles needed brakes. One needed new tie rods and alignment. And one needed new struts, serpentine belt, and oil change. Staff is all friendly and professional. Will definitely be our place for future repairs/maintenance.

I have taken my car to this shop a handful of times in the last few years. Dirk is always so kind and friendly to me. One time he offered to come to my house and look at my car for me. Another time he gave me a ride home after dropping my car off and a ride back to go pick up my car! They always call me before doing any work on my car to let me know how much it will cost.

They replaced the front brakes on my Subaru. Subsequently, one started squeaking and I brought it back, They ground the pads (on both sides, even though only one squeaked). The squeak came back and they replaced the pads, but for some reason, they took the rear wheels off and put them back on. They didn't tighten the lug nuts, and one fell off (reported when I got new tires at Costco several days later). On returning to Roseville, they found a lug nut, installed it, and then proceeded to torque all the rest of the nuts on all 4 wheels over my objection. He said they were all loose and he torqued them to 100 ft-lb. The Costco notes said they torqued them to 89 ft-lb, but "Digger" said they should be 100. I looked up the spec: 89 ft-lbs. The charge for the work was slightly below other quotes, and the quality of workmanship reflected it. They're nice folks but I wouldn't call them "professional".

I had a dead battery that wouldn't jump in the extreme cold yesterday. I randomly searched up an auto shop near me to have my car towed to as I didn't want to take it back to the dealership where I had been going for years. They answered right away, said I could send it over (it was later in the afternoon), and they had it fixed up (new battery, replaced corroded cables, fixed a small muffler noise issue I had been wondering about for months or longer) and it was entirely reasonably priced. It was all ready by mid-afternoon and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I'll be going back here moving forward.

Very friendly. Made it really easy to schedule and get in for a repair, and they talked me through my options to help me with cost.

I took my vehicle here for a leak. They fixed it fairly quickly and charged a decent price. I took it home, it still had a leak. I would've appreciated if they tested it themselves to discover this before I took it back. When I took it back it sat untouched for 2 days upon which they asked me to wait a little because they were dealing with complicated repairs on other vehicles. I came and picked it up and brought it back when they asked me to. Sadly they did not get to my vehicle until another 6 days later which was an inconvenience. This is a small repair car shop. They charge reasonable prices, and the front desk guy is super nice and answered all of my questions. It seems they just really struggle with planning and communication. I had to call in virtually every day to hear about the status of my vehicle ~30 min before close. I will likely bring my car here to get it fixed in the future because it's super close to my house and they don't fleece you on the price, but I'll just have the right expectations regarding timeline.

My college students car had some exhaust troubles which they were able to get fixed the same day. The price was very reasonable. All around a very positive experience.

Incredible service!!!! Their servant hearts were just what we needed in a time of need. They accurately identified the problem, recommended a plan that wouldn’t just benefit them, then helped us solve the issue. They made customers for life.

Don't take your car here, there liars and say they look out for people, and they don't! Towed my son's car out because they got a new owner! Because I didn't answer when they called, and they didn't leave a message after I had been emailing with a guy for weeks about parts and cost!!! But they couldn't email me and say that!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Great service! Took my car in because I was a bit worried about potential overheating issues and they helped put my mind at ease. They're very thorough and super helpful. As someone who just recently moved to the area, I have definitely found the place to go to for any car stuff! Highly recommend.

This place is the best, it’s so hard to find an auto shop that you like and can trust and Roseville Auto is that place. It’s not even about the money it’s knowing that you can trust a place to do a good job with your vehicle. Roseville Auto does that and to be frank, is also super reasonable price-wise as well. They are also incredibly friendly and quick, if you’re considering other shops, don’t, this is the best shop in town!
