If you have any problems. The owners are good at solving them. Had an issue that wasn't handled right, the owner called me personally and took care of it..

"I couldnt be happier that I chose Hoosier to purchase my first Harley! Everyone I had contact with went above and beyond! I was riding my bike home within 2 hours & that included a test ride, a very thorough walk around, answering all of my questions, ordering new parts & financing!! Thank you for everything Matt, Mateo, Travis & Jack!"

I needed my front tire changed and brought it here. To be fair the guy told me that it might take a few days because it is busy. This was on a Wed. That was fine with me but after 4 business days I called to see when the bike would be ready. I was told it would be done that afternoon or first thing the next morning. This is now the following Wed. Waited all day and no call. I then called the next day and it's like I am bothering them. I was told sorry it "Might" be done over the weekend. When I questioned why I was told it would be done on the Tuesday or Wed morning the person got argumentative and started questioning if I knew how the service industry works. Then they said , you can come get your bike and bring it somewhere else." talk about running off business. Frankly I could have waited on the bike but all I wanted is a proper time frame not some open ended time that means nothing. I own a Harley owner and I called the Indian dealer up the street and got better service. I even got an actual appointment time.

Stopped in to the HD place while on a cross country trip with my daughter. We were having a communication issue with our headsets. Eric in parts took his time and worked through the issue restoring our communication and charged us absolutely nothing for his time. That’s service!! We of course bought shirts but big time to everyone there that made us feel welcome while we got all fixed up.

We love the people who work here! We came for bmx night. The parking was difficult but the bank was awesome, the bike setup was awesome and the BMX was amazing! There was BBQ and good laughs. My kids enjoyed the family time.

I was traveling from GA and my bike broke down, therefore I had to be towed. When the tow truck got to the dealership they were closed but two of the service technicians were still outside talking. When RD realized I had to leave my bike till the next day he opened the doors so I could leave it inside. While he was unlocking everything Coleman asked me what was going on. When I explained I lost my gears, he went to the bike, looked it over and then consulted with RD. Before the bike was even off the tow truck they were already fixing it. I was able to make it to my original destination that day. I can never thank RD and Coleman enough.

Mateo was my salesman, good guy. Answered all my questions that I had and made my decision easy. In fact I was probably one of his easiest customers. Picked up a 2014 Dyna Switchback, very nice bike. Thanks Hoosier Harley Davidson!"

The entire process was the stuff dreams are made of. The most experienced staff I’ve ever dealt with. From walking in the door to leaving on my new bike. What a day. Thank you Matt, Russ and the boys in service for making it a special day!

"What a great group of folks at Hoosier Harley Davidson, if your looking for that place that treats you like family or a friend this is the place. Super friendly, laid back with that hometown feel, and they made it so easy to talk to about what I was interested in as well as my trade. I had an extremely fair and reasonable transaction, I cannot say enough about Mateo, and Matt. They have earned another satisfied customer, I'll be back. Thanks guys! "

These guys get it. They are super friendly and welcoming to new people to the cycling world. They offer a top notch biker course at an extremely low price led by a friendly instructor that results in your rider license, sharing how to ride and survive all the dangers on our roadways, plus they provide shelter, snacks, water, and a special lunch. Highly recommend!!

I have to make a new review because I came to pick up my motorcycle and again, the service department was wonderful. I think the manager was Travis. He is always awesome with customer service. I needed help with a new visor for my helmet so I also talked to Nicki. She couldn't get the part that I needed. I ended up buying a new Bluetooth helmet that had everything that I needed. We noticed cosmetic damage and she knocked off 20%. The helmet is modular and has a tinted visor like my old one. Again, very happy with the service and the patience for dealing with my needs. Thank you, Hoosier!

I enjoy collecting the poker chips from the different dealers I have visited. I was through there last week but due to timing the dealer was closed. Contacted the dealer today to see if I could purchase a poker chip from them and have them ship or mail it to me and was told they will not do that. I have done this with quite a few dealers over the years (5 other ones on just this particular trip) and have never had a dealer refuse to sell and ship a poker chip. I guess a $5 poker chip is not worth their time. Next time I am in the area I will just skip by this dealer. UPDATE: Thank you for the response, due to your response, I am editing my initial review. I would have gladly paid the shipping cost or regular mail was fine as well. I did not get a name of who I spoke with but requested to speak with someone in merchandise. I even told her I was surprised because I have never had a dealer not do this, she sounded surprised when I told her this. No need for one now, I actually bought one off EBay, I just prefer to get them directly from the dealers.

In 1983 I was hauling electronics for an agent out of ELKHART my wife and I went into the HARLEY DAVIDSON store I'll try typing the owners name LOUIE GRENSER I think that's how you spell it. There was a 1340 police special sitting in the show room ,it was something that HARLEY was trying to sell to police departments. I told LOUIE I wanted to buy it, rather my wife wanted to buy it for me. He said that he could sell it but couldn't sell it with the lites and siren 🚨, I joked and said it would be fun though, to have it. We gave him money down because we were paying cash. We went to California and would return in a couple of days, we came back to Elkhart and gave him the rest of the money, we still have the BIKE it is still original and has only 6103 actual miles on it. Its been a looker at multiple events in the Daytona area, I've been offered money for it,but have never had the desire to sell it. Just wanted to put this out there, my friend from ELKHART Tommy was talking about the HARLEY dealer, he and my wife and I were hauling for the same company back then. Thank you for reading this if you have of course.

These guys are absolutely the best! We were traveling and had an accident with our motorcycle. Didn’t know if we had time to get the repairs done here or take it to our final destination in Tucson. They picked the bike up and checked out the damage. When we decided to move on, they helped get it so we could put it on our lift to travel. Everyone was wonderful, especially Eric, who refused any payment for their services. Wish we could have stayed here to get the work done or buy another Harley from them, should the bike not be salvageable. Hard to find such nice, accommodating people these days.

The customer service at this dealership is outstanding! We stopped on a whim and ended up buying a new helmet, along with a few other goodies. We have 2 other dealerships closer to home than Hoosier HD, but we'll be back here for our future large purchases. The friendliness of this staff has made this our new go-to dealership!

Super nice people that work here! Stopped in on our way home from vacation to buy some "souvenirs" for our out of state friends. Love the clothing selections! Highly recommend stopping in and making a few purchases! They are having a big event for Labor Day, if you're in the area, stop by!
