I worked with this place before and I never had a problem with them until now. I took my truck to get fixed I told the guy who do the estimates that the had a bad noise on the wheel where my truck got hit. He told me don’t worry about it we will fix it you yea right they didn’t fix the truck how the supposed to fix it. Then i called them about he noise and they told me to take the truck back to them so i bring it back and the didn’t even check it they came back and said i will rich back to your insurance company to see what they want how is that possible why they didn’t check the truck and find where the noise was coming from. Now my insurance don’t want to pay because of that what unprofessional place on my experience never had that problem. I am not happy about it now they want to pay out my pocket when they had my truck right there an fix the problem but they didn’t.

My car got hit and I was sent here by my insurance. The service they proveded was GREAT got updates on everyrhing they did through text which I chose, and I got my car returned better than I though. Drives much smoother than even before the accident and much cleaner than I thought I would get it back. Very nice people too.

I never leave reviews, but feel as if this place deserves one. My vehicle was in an accident and needed repairs. And the process exceeded every one of my expectations. My insurance company referred me to take my car in to Caliber Collision for an estimate. I got in first thing that next morning and it took less than 10 min for them to assess the damage, take pictures, etc. They took care of contacting my insurance company with the quote and it was approved rather quickly. Parts came in extremely fast and they told me 2 weeks to fix. The car was done in about 1 week and they were more than willing to drop my car off after it was finished. My car came back spotless and looking good as new. They even cleaned the interior of my car!! What amazing service! I would recommend this place to anyone!

I took my car to caliber collision for an estimate because they were on the list from my insurance company. The morning I took it I didn’t realize I had to leave it so I was a bit frustrated and confused but the girl at the front desk was very patient and kind. She called enterprise and they came and picked me up to get a rental. When I came back my car was washed and the guy went over the damage and explained the next steps. They kept me informed by text of what was happening. And they finished my car repair much sooner than I expected. And when I went to pick my car up it was super clean inside and out which made me feel great after all that I had been through. They were all very kind and helpful and my car looks wonderful. I very highly recommend caliber collision for your vehicle repair they make you feel comfortable and at ease and they did an amazing job. I hope that I don’t have to but I would choose them.

Excellent experience compared to other places I have been. I wish they did complete car care (oil change, tires, brakes etc) because I would use them alone for those things as well. Josh & Dylan were extremely helpful and explained everything in detail. I had issues with my car after I picked it up (no fault of theirs) and they were helpful in getting my rental car back for me and solving the problem efficiently. They also did all the entire insurance part for me which is always the hardest and most stressful part! Will use again if needed.

Absolutely flawless work on my 2019 A4! I can’t even tell that my vehicle was in an incident. Also the complimentary exterior interior cleaning was fabulous! As for customer service? Front desk staff and shop workers were very friendly and took their time to explain all the details to my repairs and insurance claims. Absolutely recommend Caliber to anyone without hesitation. 5 stars!

It was ok. They only took pictures for an estimate and didn't even notice my muffler hanging to the ground. I'm afraid that if there's anything damaged other than cosmetic damage that can be seen from pictures, my insurance won't cover the damages because they weren't listed on the estimate. Then, I'm told it would be a month before they could fix it, even though I use my vehicle for work and can't work with a loud dragging muffler. I'm praying 🙏 that I won't get screwed on damages that are not visible from the naked eye and/or that can't be seen from a picture.

Nice shop, unfortunately their estimates are low based on being affiliated with State Farm. They don't inspect anything mechanical apparently, only cosmetics, as none of that was included on my estimate. The gal at the front desk is either very new, doesn't care, or knows nothing about vehicles. Manager was a nice guy, just make sure you get more estimates other than theirs.
