I originally took my Jeep to a different shop, they wouldn't look at it without an appointment. I took it to Howell's Automotive, Vance immediately looked at my vehicle, gave me an estimate and started working the same day. Very reasonable, fast repairs, I am very happy with his work!

Ive taken my truck to other shops and thought I was getting treated fairly but Vance at Howells automotive did everything he could to keep the price as low as possible, he explained what needed to be done by showing me the areas that he would fix and even sent pictures of the work in progress. He only uses quality parts, no cheap stuff that will only last a short time and gave me the option of choosing which parts according to what I could afford. In short he works with you and keeps you informed on what he is doing. I know where my vehicles with get service from now on. Thanks Vance for helping me out when I really was in a tight spot
