Got my Gen2 coyote/6R80/76mm swapped fox body tuned the other day with HP tuners on a Ford Racing control pack. Manny ran into some issues that were my fault and he was very patient and reassuring during the entire process. HPP will get all my future work. I highly recommend them.

Brought my 5.7 dodge for work. They did a horrible job. Change cam to stage 1 TSP, 6.4 intake and LTH. They used TSP lifters which are known for failing. They don’t know this and screwed my vehicle. Now I need the lifters removed and redone don’t their incompetence. No only that they Charged me $2000 more than quoted. 7k total. I had to have the engine worked on and retuned because after cam headers intake the vehicle had lost all power and barely drove. It was stumbling while driving and the steering was hitting the headers. Almost caused an accident. That’s how much they don’t care about you. Look at how bad the reviews are. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING on Mopar engines. Stay away, I repeat stay away. If you have a Ram, challenger charger or any 5.7 6.1 or 6.4 they will screw its up and refuse to repair it. I do understand why they can fix it, well because they don’t know how to fix it. Maybe if you have a mustang, but I’m warning you. You will lose thousands and won’t even have stock power back.

I would not recommend. They seem trustful they are not I asked to be refunded. What I was told was fixed on my car was not. Actually had the wrong parts and made a concoction putting pieces together. Car broke down 3-4x and was not refunded. They do not answer the phone I would give it 0 stars they are scammers fraud and trash… I can see my car was test driven I get it back -bad brakes suspension and gear shifter is also messed up! TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BUSINESS ELSEWHERE save yourself the hassle. LIKE I SAID I WAS SCAMMED FUNNY HOW I HAVE TO MAKE A REVIEW TO GET AN ANSWER.! Please pay attention to the other reviews before doing business with these ppl.! Thank God I went to another shop! I still would like my refund you put the wrong hose wrong part and concocted some stuff together got over on me because I am a young female told me my car was fixed when I drove it it did the same exact thing stop lying I don’t care what you write! Poor business ship need to hire new mechanics! I could post info for info if you’d like to go there ! This shop fixed a tune on my 2017 GT after previous shop completely messed up AFR ratio. I spoke with Manny and he took everything I said into consideration. I always got nervous when previous shop called because I knew they were gonna try to sell me more things. However after just a few hours HPP calls me up and says tune is done. I’m amazed at how quickly it was done. This will probably be the only shop I trust with my Mustang moving forward. Shoutout to Manny wonderful job with the tune, my car finally feels good again.

Shorty & his paint team never seem to upset. Shorty and his paint and body team of experts are the best. My 2022 Chevy 2500 HD was side swiped on Garland Rd. I took my truck into their paint & body shop and they immediately provided me with a written estimate. Everything was straight forward without any hidden fees. My insurance company covered my rental vehicle for 30 days and I had my truck back within 10 days. I highly recommend Moms paint and body shop. They don't mess around they get the job done and the process is painless.

I came in for a retune after another tuner failed to deliver and caused all kinds of issues with my car. Manny took care of all my problems and even bought me lunch! Extremely grateful for Manny and all the techs at HPP who treated me well and found a few issues with my car that was my fault and fixed them no charge. Waited almost three months for this package and I told them almost a week prior I was going to return the rest of the kit since I got tired of waiting, the day after I sent them the packages with the tracking info I received this last package. With absolutely no heads up or tracking number so I had no idea it would show up so now I have a random piece to a kit I don’t even own anymore. Not to mention I spent over $500 with packaging and shipping. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had ordering something online.

If I could give 0 stars i would. I gave this shop 2 years to tune my car correctly. They could never fix my idle and towards the end of me not going back the car was stalling when I gave it gas. I gave Manny the tuner 3 weeks to call me back and he never did. I even called him to remind him that i needed to talk to him about the car and all he did was not call me back. If you want a bad experience go here. They even installed my spark plugs and there wasnt even two spark plugs with the same gap. I ended up going to Gearheads in mansfield which was recomended by whipple and they changed my spark plugs and tuned the car right. He got it running right with one tune session. It didnt take me having to take the car back to him every 3 months at a time to leave the same way it came in. I am very dissapointed with HPP Racing/ Manny. I brought my car here because of all the good talk about his tuning ability and i can honestly say he isnt all he is talked to be. He basically takes a tune he has set for that car and then just modifies it to try and make it work for the car. Gearheads actually reverted the car back to stock and built the tune up. Call gearheads and get setup right. Dont waste your time and money with these people.

Starting off, when I first pulled up in front, I knew I was in the right place. All I saw were a bunch of built mustangs in the bays, most of which were on lifts, and a couple on the dynos. I was greeted by Carlton, very polite and found out he was originally going to be working on my car. Then met Alex, who was the Tech that would do my install. Immediately after I had shared some of the specific things I wanted, he was moving my car to a lift to begin working on it. It didn't sit out front or around back for a day, he got right on it. Because I had so many mods done, there was some custom fabrication needed to allow me to keep everything already on the car, valve covers; oil cooler; custom catch can, etc. They installed a lethal performance Level 2 return style fuel system with 1050 injectors, a D1X Procharger with stage 2 intercooler, new gauge pod with gauges, and then Dyno tuned it. Now it's Manny's turn with my car! Keeping in mind, I didn't know who he was at the time, being a no prep kings participant. This is the guy that's going to be tuning my car....(holy cow!) He did a couple of baseline pulls, (it made 641@6400rpm) and that was just the beginning. Final number is 810 whp and it's reliable! We could have gone way beyond that because the car has so much more in it but my goal was 800 and in just a couple of pulls, we surpassed that. I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire process from dropping off the car, going in daily to see the progress, and picking it back up a few days later. I'm so impressed with Manny and his team that I would definitely have them work on my machinery any time. This place is legit and I absolutely recommend HPP Racing to do your build. I am COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!!

Hey let me tell you this shop is AWESOME!! I had a serious camshaft issue with my mustang gt.. they repaired it better than if I just got it straight from the factory plus put a tune on it with the dyno..Like to give a shout out to Vivian very nice young lady that kept me informed on the repair and I think Alex was my repair person big kuddos..Coyote engine issue take it to these guys..you won't be disappointed..ZOOMNBY.

The team couldn't have been better! James tuned my bagged supercharged V6 charger. He took the time to talk to me about my daily driver build, explained everything while tuning, answered all my questions, and gave me ideas on what I can do next. Most shops in Houston wouldn't even talk to me because it's a v6 sedan. Well worth the drive from Houston.

I have never publicly bashed a business, but this experience was genuinely frustrating. I drove 40 minutes each way for a simple revision since they originally tuned the car. All I wanted was to fix a rough startup idle. After waiting an hour, I was told their tuning laptop crashed and that I’d have to buy an entirely new tune. That explanation doesn’t add up. The tune was uploaded using an SCT device, which means the tune still exists on the handheld and the car itself. A laptop crashing does not make an SCT tune disappear. At most, they may have lost the editable file — but that’s very different from saying the tune is completely gone. If tunes were actually lost that way, they would’ve lost every customer’s tune over the past couple of years. From the start, they seemed annoyed that I wasn’t the original owner who paid for the tune, which I understand — but I was only asking for a few minutes of help and was willing to pay. This visit was scheduled, and I was told on the phone it was fine to come by if it was something quick. When you drive 40 minutes each way, time matters, and getting the runaround over something this small is frustrating. It also makes me question how larger jobs are handled — especially since the previous owner of the car told me the car sat there for about seven months just to have oil pump gears done. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I just bought a 2024 F150. It does that whole cylinder deactivating BS as well as automatically shilutting off at a stop. A friend of mine referred me to HPP to eliminate those pesky recurring things while also waking the Coyote up a bit with a tune. The staff are both knowledgeable and passionate about cars!!! They got me right for sure. In fact, that lil light when you push the automatic on/off button doesn't even light up anymore!!! You need a tune?? Get here. STAT!! P.S. They also installed my Roush Cold Air Intake. BOOM.
