Wash is good. Have used for sometime now to clean my van. Today pulled into bay with door down. As I was leaving I ask employee if door raised he literally stood within a foot of button and said”ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS PUSH THIS BUTTON!” turned around and walked off. I climbed out of van and pushed button. He appeared to be agitated about something. We all have bad days however there is no excuse for poor customer service.

We use this carwash's soft touch system often. It does a pretty good job and the prices are reasonable. All of the wash equipment is well maintained and works well.

Did a good job but way more expensive than other washes. $6 for a basic wash. I used the self service wash for rental equipment, the sprayer leaked so bad you got a bath while trying to use it. The water was nasty smelling like a sewer. The rental company even asked if I was digging sewer line with it because it still smelled the next day.

I loved Hurricane Bay! I'd been by it many times and had heard about their deals they offer and last week as I was on my way to a Thanksgiving dinner and my Jeep was a muddy mess, I pulled in to check them out. It was touchless so I didn't have to get out to remove my antennae and the water pressure was fantastic! I had mud even up on the hood (it was pretty dirty) and it came out great! I was very impressed with their automatic wash bay!

I don't like this car wash anymore. It keeps robbing me or the automatic car wash will literally malfunction and not give me anything or miss a bunch of steps. Last time it sprayed soap all over my car with no water or rinse. Just soap! Ridiculous.

Horribly rude, ugly, old man who works there accused us of always throwing away trash there. We were on vacation and just cleaning the car..cuz its a car wash. So the employee accomplished us throwing our trash in the dumpster and then leaving. We vacuumed and washed the car at a different car wash so he didn't get any of our money. If I owed this establishment, this employee would be fired on the spot. He is a big enough jerk that he deserves to be unemployed. Now I have a 3 hour drive & I plan to spen that time finding every social media site I can to leave a bad review for this business.

Does a decent job. Kind of expensive for the job it does. $10 does not even get you the top of the line it offers. It always has a problem with getting the back of my car clean. You can see that the brushes just dont touch it. It also does not get the bugs off the front bumper. It dries pretty good and seems to have a good spray under the car for removing salt... etc. Fix these thing and it would be a 5 star. It is really about a $5 to $6 quality.

I love this place. It's one of the only coin-operated car washes left in springfield. There's usually enough room to get in there and get your car washed and dried off and use the vacuum without any problems, the people are always nice.

This place is just a waste of money! The machines eat money and the only thing they have is a sign to call someone. The last several times we have used this place the car is still dirty and the prices just keep going up.

I don't go here after finding better in the area. The chemicals seem watered down to the point where you can't even tell there is soap on your car in the DIY bay, most of the chemicals seem like this, even the tri-foam looks diluted. The deionized water for the spotless rinse is VERY low flow and still leaves really bad water spots, so it may not be actually deionized, or it's getting contaminated after the filtering stage. The bay on the south end often stinks like a sewer trap, and the last time I ever went my brand new cars' vents started to stink like mildew requiring a new cabin filter to get rid of it. I'm not gonna do on a rant about the automatic washes because my complaints are pretty universal to all of them out there, but I refuse to use them and I recommend you don't either.. anywhere.

Disappointing! To start there was no paper in machine for receipt. I got the premium wash. It was super short. The windows bumpers and hood weren’t clean. The tires were bad too. My car wasn’t even that dirty when I went through the wash. Just wanted the extra wax on it to make the bug splatters come off easier. I will be going to the new one next time. It’s more expensive but the cars are clean coming out.

I used my card multiple times and my washes came out to around 5-7$ but 3 times they charged me 10$ on my card. It's nice because it is close to my house but the self wash sucks. Low soap amount on the brush, over priced and I'm pretty sure there timer is not accurate. Also it takes forever to transfer from settings, like from rinse to clear coat. Guess I'll be driving a couple miles further now..

Well I went through the car wash this morning and their stuff scratched the heck out my car. Dude then just laughed at my husband when he called him out. All I want is for them to fix what their machine did to my car. Apparently they have a history of not making stuff right. I will no longer go there and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from their place.

I go here all the time. Price is right. I had a bad automatic car wash. The car wash attendant . Had me go through again for free. I know they have been having the machines worked on. So they do make improvements. I don't use the brush automatic. Because of possible damage to my van. My husband always has my husband has me use the brushless. If my vehicle needs more cleaning I use do it yourself bays.

This car wash works great. I got a clogged vacuum and Alan promptly refunded my coins. The automated bays are reasonably priced and do a good job for less than a days pay unlike the other guys down the street.

Came here to wash my vehicle at self wash. Got yelled at by the older gentleman working saying my vehicle was too dirty and I didn’t pull forward far enough even though there was no sign. He was swearing and generally pretty rude considering I’m paying him money to use a hose and water. So don’t come here if your car is too dirty but do come if you want to get scolded by a condescending guy who seems to have forgotten why car washes exist.

Touchless wash/dry damaged a piece of my car😡. Have photos & video and the owner will not do anything about it! Very unhappy. Obviously when you go through a "touchless" wash you don't expect damage! Also don't expect them to not take any responsibility. Very upset, will not go back & will be having insurance contact them
